Location and very smart.

We had ants all over the kitchen at one point. They also took all payments up front including putting through (actually charging) an incidentals deposit of $500. So having used a UK credit card, I was charged conversion rate and a fee for use abroad. When I left the receptionist did a credit for the money and glibly said ‘don’t worry, you will get the money back in 2-3 weeks! I will get the same fees again. When I told her no other hotels did this she became really aggressive and I had to tell her not to get aggressive with me.

Beautiful place with magical gardens even with some muffled construction noise (which we were told of in advance). Staff were amazing, beautiful service and very polite. We have been here many countless times in the past. The grounds were immaculate. The kitchenette was well appointed. Kids would love this place, magical pool. Lovely beds and luxurious finishes. Walk to Orchard area.

We used to get more bathroom amenities like toothbrushes, sanitary pad bags, shower caps, comb, sewing kit, shoe shine etc in the past, before Covid hit travel the industry. Now the shower gel and 2 in 1 shampoo / conditioner is wall mounted in the shower in large containers and looks very basic. No cushions on the sofa. One of the phones was not working (in the lounge in room 09-07). The rice cooker was old and took longer than the one we have at home plus there was no rice measuring cup. Though luxurious, the soft furnishings need upgrading - lampshades etc. Limited options on TV. No dishwasher or laundry in the room. Laundry on each floor is shared.

Exceptional staff who are always willing to lend a helping hand. Our young daughter was crying for milk and we had just finished our cartons in the room. The staff was kind enough to get us one pack even during the night. Also, it was our wedding anniversary during the stay. The staff was kind enough to give us a surprise cake and somr chocolates to celebrate the occasion. These are just two of the many ways through the two weeks we stayed that the staff went our of their way to make our stay as good as possible.

There were several ants inside the apartment. Despite the staff treating the room, there were still ants in multiple places within the apartment. Also, our apartment was facing a construction site where rhe noise during the weekdays is quite high. As were also working from the apartment, it was challenging at times. However, this was mentioned during the booking time itself.

A great alternative for families with an excellent pool right on the doorstep of the apartment. Excellent breakfast a short walk away in the main hotel location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The rooms are just starting to look a little tired but this is more than made up for by the location, pool, staff and a 2 bedroom apartment with use of the main hotel facilities.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfy beds and a kitchen for small meal preparation. They even left us breakfast for the first day and a bowl of fruit. The facilities are perfect - great quite pool area, access to gym at the hotel next-door, off-street driveway for easy taxi pickup, friendly staff, laundry facilities and good room service. Easy walk to Orchard Road but away from the hustle and bustle of the main road.

Slightly dated with no modern comms like USB ports, but they've done a good job to still keep it fresh and clean.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, the rooms spacious and the kitchen well replenished with high quality cartons of drinking water, bread, and cereal, the fridge was stocked with eggs, orange juice, milk, and butter.

We were relieved that the construction noise nearby didn’t reach our apartment. The only problem we found was the walk to the hotel for breakfast or gym. It was not under cover, and we can get caught in the rain during the walk over. Another thing is the signage to The Line for breakfast is not sufficient. The lights in the toilet of master bedroom all went off for one minute or so while I was in the middle of my shower, although they did come back, it was quite scary.

Well laid out; very comfortable; spacious for a family of four; fully loaded kitchen with a wide range of cutlery, pots and pans; the ongoing construction next door is non-intrusive and does not cause any disturbance; brilliant location - calm and quite neighborhood right beside Orchard Road; Excellent and friendly staff; though the apartment is not cleaned every day, the staff replaces the towels everyday upon request; loved the week we stayed over

Great for our family of 4 adults, staff super friendly and helpful, staff in restaurant were great at telling rude people to wait their turn!!! Rooms were spacious, loved that bread/butter/cereal/juice/milk were there on our arrival! Pool was great, we were often on our own and got drinks delivered to us.

All was great! Rate was pretty good but no discount offered for works next door ( out our window) Wasn’t really a problem though 😁

large apartment. comfortable apartment with quality furniture. nice bedrooms. all amenities of good quality. located near the Shangri-la hotel , thus could have access to some of the amenities: restaurants, gym, pool weekday cleaning walking distance to orchard road

unfortunately was on the side where a building was demolished and jackhammers all day. thus very noisy all days except sunday. had planned to work in apartment but could not work due to the construction noise and I had to go to the hotel nearby to do video calls or simply work in relative silence. not ideal when paying so much. it was not mentioned on booking.com description during reservation. only informed at arrival during checkin

We had a trip to Singapore in late April, to celebrate my husband's big birthday. It was so kind that Shangri-La Apartments did some decorations in the room and prepared a birthday cake for him. The size of the apartment/room is big enough for our little toddler to walk around and play inside. The location is pretty good, as it's quiet at night. Also, it's not far from shopping malls or subway station by walking. You can take the free shuttle from Shangri-La Apartments or Hotel. Our little one had lots of fun time in the swimming pool. Reception staff and house keepers are very friendly and helpful! We really appreciate their services and help, and will definitely stay there again next time.
