Near to mustafa shopping center, lots of vegetarian food options in the near by area, well connected and easy to get cabs for commuting. Hilton brand name is good to have for the quality of service, friendly staff and great to note on bathroom mirror it was mentioned about the potable drinking water...

Shower area is too clumsy and while taking bath water spill outside the shower area in front of basin, making whole bathroom slippery despite of putting a foot towel in from of shower open area... this needs to be worked upon on the immediate basis.

Great location in an area with character, restaurants, shops, and easy access to the MRT (Little India). Good breakfast, well-furnished but small rooms. Lots of taxis available. 8th floor outdoor patio is pleasant but a bit too small for business use.

The in-room air conditioning is centrally controlled. When I am in the room, I have the choice of turning the air-con/ventilation on or off. I cannot set the temperature. Unfortunately the centrally controlled temperature is very cold, so that makes the room uncomfortable after 30 minutes or so. Moreover, my sleep is interrupted by having to turn the air-con on and off in the night. The hotel needs to change this policy.

Location behind a temple in the middle of Little India is wonderful. Staff immediately accommodated every one of our requests, often anticipating what we might need before we asked. The whole team, from reception to concierge to cleaning staff really look after guests very well. Our room was modest in size but the bed was big and comfortable and there was a window seat along a huge window through which we could view birds in a nearby tree. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean.

A longer cord on the hair dryer so I could use it near a mirror. But had I asked them at the time, I am certain they would have sorted it for me immediately. Everything was great.

1) They never replied my messages in Booking.com I demanded two rooms next to each other. They didn’t even see that message and didn’t provide so. Seems they are free in the front desk most of the time. but no replies for messages through booking.com 2) Room not that much spacious for the money

A great location - close to Little India Metro station and all these Indian restaurants, a 7eleven shob next door. Very clean hotel, super polite receptionists. The room is not huge, but very clean, nicely decorated with a very comfy bed. You can leave your bags after you check-in and there is also a possibility to take a shower by the pool before heading out in the evening which makes your overnight flight back home way more pleasant.

My flight arrived early morning, and i checked in early, and my room was ready. I thought i would have to wait. I had asked for a well lighted room, and they gave me a corner room, which was also quite large. I was happy. The staff were super helpful , and suggested in getting me a GRAB back to airport with a good rate.

Breakfast should have more variety on different days

Very helpful staff members to start with! Great breakfast options- Indian stuff like Upama, variety of egg preparations, chicken sausages, hash browns, bacon , fresh fruits, breads. And amazing coffee! Room has tea and coffee maker, which is topped up on request. Very good portions for lunch and dinner menus as well! The restaurant has certain times fixed for lunch and dinner. Please keep this in mind. And very convenient location- only a few minutes walk to Little India MRT station. Komal Vilas restaurant is hardly a couple of minutes away- very tasty vegetarian food. Kailash Parbat is right opposite- their food is also very tasty. One 7 eleven outlet is in the premises of this hotel where you can top up your EZ travel card for MRT- this is absolutely helpful.

Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and any extra requests were fulfilled promptly. Good breakfast spread with variety every morning. Rooms were clean and adequate and beds were comfortable. The showers in the bathrooms are one of the best we have ever experienced in a hotel in our travels. Hot and cold water and extremely good water force. The location is super convenient and there is a 7eleven in the hotel itself. Also there are numerous eating out options within 5 mins walking distance and you would find minor shopping or sim cards or other necessities easily. Overall very good stay. Definitely recommend.

The rooms are slightly on the compact side and the walls are a bit thin so noise travels easily. We once had an angry neighbour bang on our wall in the night just because our child was laughing a bit excitedly in the night. For the price you pay for a night which is quite on the steep side you would expect slightly more luxurious and spacious rooms. Otherwise no other deal breakers as such.

Perfect location, close to great food options and MRT station only 5 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful and accommodating and the room was a perfect size for a couple.

The laundry services are a little expensive, you may be able to find cheaper services elsewhere if needed.
