hotel is situated opposite Vivo City mall. Train system to town, as well as Santosa runs directly out of the mall. Very well positioned.

My wife by accident book till 2 October out, in stead of 3 October out. We stayed for 5 nights previous to this @ 350 singapore dollar per night. We were phoned 3 October at 14h00, informing us of this mistake. As we didnt have much time to move hotels, we decided to stay. Quoted price 650 singapore dollar. When we got to the hotel, they wanted 930 singapore dollar for the room. We were clearly flabagasted with the sudden change in price, and were just told it is F1, and they charge additional taxes for that.We had to pay 70 sd for late check out. We got the impression they were taking a chance, and then moved hotels. The staff were not at all accomodating, and I got the impression that they had additional rooms, but just wanted to see if i would budge for a much higher price.

Overall I was very happy with my stay ay Travelodge Harbourfront. The breakfast staff were very well organised, making sure that there was always enough options at the buffet area and that nothing had ever run out, the staff at Skyfall restaurant were equally as well organised which made for a pleasant dining experience. The location to Vivo city mall was excellent making access to Sentosa Island very easy & convenient.

The bed was a little to high as I am not a giant and the toilet a little to low to the ground as I am not a midget, but neither of these issues was a deal breaker on weather I would recommend the Travelodge Harbourfront to others, nor would it deter me from staying at Travelodge Harbourfront again in the future.

Convenient location to places we wanted to visit by foot, 10-15 min taxi ride to Marina Bay Sands and the wharf. Nice roof top bar area. Our room was quiet and away from the elevator area. The front reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Towels and linen fresh and soft. Enough space for 2 large luggage bags and 2 cabin luggage bags. Fridge for drinks and medication (if need)

We liked the property and we would stay again, however just a couple of things people should be aware of: if you’re a short person (163cm) the bed mattress sits high; the toilet leaked and left a puddle by your feet; the room safe didn’t work; the hand basin is located outside of the toilet area and has minimal counter space for toiletries and make up bags.

Great location for visiting Sentosa Island.

The continental breakfast was quite basic.

I loved the location to Vivo City and Sentosa, pool is great. Although the room was tiny, it was clean and can't beat the location Required assistance from front desk 2 times and someone attended almost immediately

There was no room service but actually it probably saved is even more money to prepare and bring snacks back to the room at night and of it keeps the cost down it probably is worthwhile

They gave us a room on the corner off building which had a very green view. The 2 gentleman at check out were very helpful with catching the bus to our next destination. Getting se change for bus.

Would be nice to have a breakfast option. Lifts a bit untidy. And the bed may be a bit off a problem for older persons. (High off floor)

We stayed for 3 days Staff were friendly and welcoming Room was small but nice and suited our short trip well. Shower was good Bed and pillows were comfortable TV worked well and had good channels One of the main reasons we were in singapore was for universal so the location was perfect as its across from vivocity mall, and you can easily take the sentosa boardwalk across to sentosa island

The only single complaint i have is the hotel breakfast was a major dissapointment, id save your money on that one.

The location is excellent.if you have kids, sentosa is just minutes away. Also v close to MRT . The room was very clean. Has 24h self-service launderette, which is very convenient in the hot and humid weather. We initially had an issue with our room. The staff promptly addressed it. Made our stay very comfortable. The beds were very lush and comfortable. After a long day of walking , you can sink into the soft yet firm bed. Vivo city is just opposite . Easy access via crossing just opposite the hotel. Reception also has easy taxi ordering services. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Our initial room had an unusual arrangement. The wash basin was outside the bathroom facility in the room. Having elderly parents, this arrangement was not suitable . This was not clearly mentioned in the description of the rooms. But the staff were kind enough to allocate a different room with complete traditional ensuite. The breakfast was average.slow at refill. They dont have an extra helping hand. You have to carry your own luggage to and from the room.

the location of this hotel is easily walkable to vivo mall, MRT station, and bus stops. there's a nice big mosque next door. comfortable seating in the lobby while waiting for check-in/out. wifi connection is good. little snack shop at the lobby is well priced and has a variety to choose from, and easy self-checkout too. room is well equipped with a fridge, and kettle.

female receptionists were not friendly but attentive to questions. the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, it's just average, not super clean. bed and pillows are firm, but it's a matter of preference.

Location was good. Rooms were small but decent.

We booked 2 rooms, 1 smaller and 1 bigger. Due to the nature of the bed head of the bigger room it felt like it was way smaller than the small room. Rooms were not cleaned/serviced ever day. For the 7 nights we stayed the bigger room was cleaned twice but the smaller room was not cleaned at all.
