Lovely spacious room, with comfortable desk area to work, extremely clean & luxurious feeling. The pool is small but perfect for a dip and a couple of laps with a great view of the city and the staff are very attentive around the poolside beds with beverages and snacks or umbrellas which is what happened to me! The staff are so nice around the hotel, greeting you and making you feel very welcome. I wasn't feeling great the first night and stayed in the hotel for dinner at bottega di carne which was amazingly vegan friendly! Thank you to the chefs and staff for accomodating me!

I had spent over the credit card deposit, which you would think they would be happy about, but instead I woke up to 2 letters from management, one at 07:30 and the other at 08:30 asking me to go to the reception. I was obviously a bit confused about this, I had another day left in my stay and presumed I would just settle up at the end... And when I went to reception this is what they explained to me this would happen so again, I don't understand the reason for waking up to 2 letters asking to contact reception.

New and stylish hotel with a perfect location, close to many different restaurants and bars in Telok Ayer and Chinatown, you can reach everything by foot

We booked the hotel in order to relax at the beautiful rooftop pool but were not told that you have to book your sunbed in advance and that you can only stay at the pool for 2 hours a day…

Location close to China town is very convenient. 2 MRT stations within walking distance. Many nice bars and restaurants close by at Duxtin Road. The hotel is pretty new abd everything is fine. Excellent abd spacy bed, good and well maintained interior. Very good breakfast but overpriced. Roof top pool offers brilliant views over Singapore.

Restaurant and bar as well as pool bar offer a wide range of nice food and drinks but totally overpriced. Better to dine in various restaurants within walking distance where you fund all you want for fair rates. Unexpectedly it was very noisy at night. Next to the hotel is a popular disco and you could hear tge bass drums till 2 a.m.. Really difficult to have a peaceful sleep, especially on weekends.

From the stylish decor to the friendly staff, we loved staying at the Mondrian. Twice a beautiful tropical fruit platter turned up in our room and a chocolate selection which was a thoughtful touch. We stayed for 8 nights and it was a wonderful retreat at the end of a day of sightseeing. The pool was a gorgeous spot to have a drink looking out over the city. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's just a 5 minute walk to 2 hawker centres, a train station, Chinatown as well as plenty of other restaurant and bar choices in the surrounding streets.

New and conveniently located. Wifi is strong. One staff name Mr JP Chan is very helpful to solve our problem.

1. Not so organised during soft opening. 2. Housekeeping need to be improved. 3. Check in hour is at 15:00 and we arrived at 16:00 one of the rooms still not yet ready. 4. Asked for pen n paper, took 4 hours still not yet delivered, so I walked down to lobby to pick up myself. 5. Room size and toilet consider small in Singapore standard.

I would like to give Mondrian Duxton hotel 6 stars for review but I can only do 5. It is an amazing place to stay and very good vibes. Everything is new and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. It is not overpriced and the room is a good size. The rooftop pool is great and really enjoy spending time there with a glass of wine. Again, it is a wonderful place to stay. I was afraid to stay 4 nights in the first place to book so only booked 2 nights because there are not many reviews because it is too new. I extended another 2 nights after the first night and cancelled the other accommodation. That is how good it is and I would like to mention your staff, Hailey and Bella. They are amazing.

Absolutely loved this hotel, pool was gorgeous and the room was very comfortable. The area around the hotel was great for a wander and there was a huge range of nice places to eat around the perimeter of the hotel.

When we arrived at around 5pm we were initially told that our room wasn’t ready, even though check in is at 3. When we questioned this the staff found that our room was ready. Our impression was that the staff on the desk were still finding their feet and being trained by a more experienced staff member who appeared to be the manager - she was great. Staff up at the pool area were attentive and efficient.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Spectacular pool and deck. Beautiful hotel aesthetic and well appointed rooms with a touch of luxury. The coffee! Amazing location close to gorgeous restaurants, Chinatown, hawkers food market and new MRT station just a 5min walk. Nice touches like leaving nibbles in the room each evening. Each bar/restaurant has their own vibe and service and quality can’t be faulted. Whether it was a maintenance person or the General Manager, the one thing in common was an interest in you, the guest, like a friend staying on holiday. Being a woman travelling alone this was so welcoming. Just come and stay and decide for yourself !

I loved my time there - any faults are incredibly minor.

We stayed here over the F1 Grand Prix weekend - it was exactly what we were looking for, the rooftop bar and pool is STUNNING with amazing views. The room was modern and cozy, the beds were nice and firm and comfy and the staff were really welcoming! We even got a little tray of chocolates in the shape of F1 cars left in our room on the final evening after the race

Nothing to really complain about - the shower was sooo good but the flow of water was a bit strange every so often letting out a bit of slightly cold then slightly hot water (weird) and we tried to get into the bar/club one evening and my partner was told he couldn't wear tailored shorts and I was told I should be wearing high heals (not smart flat sandals) although my denim jacket was fine - and when we got in there were people wearing trainers so we were a little bit cross about that

Fairly modern hotel very close to China Town and metro stations. Very nice swimming pool area and the restaurants looked good although we didn't eat there. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Very surprised they didn't have a complimentary iced water/lemon water drinks station somewhere on the 3rd floor foyer/restaurant area for customers. A lot of hotels we stayed in in cooler climates have this, and as it is so hot in Singapore, I expected all hotels to provide something like this.
