High floor view, friendly atmosphere

During check in, it would be wonderful if the receptionist have automatically mention the outcome of my requests. I have to mention my high floor request else it may have to be changed if i was given a low floor. Then i have to ask for my late checkout request. Lastly, my 3rd request for extra 2 bath towels was not fulfilled when i entered the room. I have to call housekeeping to get them.

Location was great, right on the edge of China town. Short walk to the MRT (underground train).

property was a bit tired. our room has a cracked windows. The bed was very hard, like a rock. The toilet was very low to the ground!

Overall experience was good, the staffs were nice and helpful(from reception to janitor), and rooms are big enough. The breakfast was good, nothing to write home about, but also well worth the price (I do love the egg options). Location-wise, it's fairly convenient as it's near metro, has 2 Fairprice pretty much next door, 2 7-11s, and a self-laundry service across the street.

the hardware of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, room door squeaks when opening, and requires a lift-n-nudge to close properly.

The location is good. You can go to the next door 100 AM Mall through the inner pathway. There’s a 24 hour FairPrice store at 100 AM mall. Furthermore, there are Don Don Donkie, Daiso and MUJI that you may be familiar with. Cross street you could enjoy cheap and yummy local food. There is a nice bar on the first floor, Jigger and Pony. There are two subway lines that you can choose from. All in all, among all quite expensive hotels, I think this hotel is good value for the money.

The equipment is a little bit old. For an example, the refrigerator is askew but has no impact on its function.

Central. Near MRT. Near food court and other modern eateries. Buffet breakfast was good. Housekeeping staff was exceptional.

No USB in our 12F room. We stayed 9 nights and when we wished to extend, instead of booking us at the reception, directed us to their website where prices were higher than our stay price. Don’t understand this: turning away existing customers due to system. To paraphrase a well known teacher: system was made for man, not man for the system. We moved our following stay of another 7 nights to another property.

Room was big and comfortable, Location of the hotel was very convenient as MRT train and lots of supermarkets were very close by. Breakfast was amazing and specially there was a very friendly and active front desk staff (sorry i cannot remember his name, He was a old gentleman) who helped us check in. Pool was very nice, If u stay ; you have to definitely try the pool.

nothing to not to like, But if the hotel can change the breakfast variety's it will be amazing as i noticed it was the same breakfast every day.

This place is a jem! You are in the jungle, surrounded by greens in these beautiful, single room cabins. The best part is that the washroom and shower are outside, with their own garden, in a completely walled area only accessible from the cabin. Ample room, clean, comfortable and oh so quiet at night! Better than the photos! The staff is friendly, always available. The resort has a central pool. And a restaurant if you feel like staying in. 15 min bike ride from the city centre, 6 min away from a village full of inexpensive, great restaurants and Cafe, and 5 min away from beautiful Mango Bay beach. Probably the beat cabin I have stayed in. Highly recommended!!

I like the convenience & the close proximity to retail in nearby vicinity.

To provide more varieties spread for buffet breakfast please. Reception & Check-out counter is small & obscure. Both Check-in & Check-out counter are both operating from same small counter. So hotel guests are queuing to be attended to. Including concierge service, Your concierge counter is left unattended at all times.

Good location. Opposite is supermarket and local hawker centre. Not too far from MRT station. Nice lobby area. Room was big but seems too dark, the lights are too dim. Bathroom was big and you have separate bath tub and shower cubicle. We did have breakfast booked included in the room rate but as we had to check out very early, we didn't have the time to enjoy it. The reception who checked us in helped us to get some take away breakfast so we had something on our way to the airport. She was polite and friendly. It's a shame we didn't have enough time to truly enjoy the hotel.

Room was too dark. We were right by the elevators which was not what we requested. Had we stayed for longer, we would have probably asked for a swap.

The size of the room is big enough for 3 people

The roof of the bathroom seems old need to be upgraded
