It was well situated giving accessibility to all the nearest places of interest to me shops restaurant coffee shop etc
I would have liked at least hand soap is made available to the client during his/her stay and a bottle of water per day is provided to those at least who chose with breakfast package

Location near the bus station, bars and restaurants. Spacious bedroom with air con. Reception staff were all very helpful. Lovely wood panelling.
The breakfast room was functional and the food good, but for me, the total experience lacked ambience and service.

The Austral Hotel is in an excellent position to explore the centre of St Denis - just a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Tip: Ask to loan a kettle in your room if you need to use one for making tea/coffee. The museum is a 20 mins walk away and there are interesting shops and old residences to see on the walk,
The passage lighting on the first floor leading to rooms 100 forward is insufficient. Parking is a bit tight to get into but we appreciated having free parking in the city at the hotel. Thank you. The lighting in the parking area entering into the hotel could be improved.

Hotel was 5 minutes walk from the bus Car Jaune (from the airport for 2 Euros). Hotel had a pool, great breakfast, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
