I stayed in the room with the terrace, and it was exceptional! I loved this room with so much space. The staff was always nice and attentive. There were different types of bread at breakfast, English breakfast, and some traditional food. I really recommend this hotel, and in particular, room 72! :+) Just a remark: If you need an invoice, you should ask for it

The receptionist Anna is very polite and professional. The room was pretty cozy and clean.

Some steps, before You reach the elevator. Not much natural light in the room, even during the day. A step at the entrance to the bathroom (I almost felt down once)

1. Location is walking distance to the old town & state buildings. 2. Our room (and bathroom) was very clean with all the amenities included, such as a kettle, a bottle of water, coffee etc. Although the weather was extremely hot during our stay, the room was cool enough and we didn't feel the necessity to turn the AC on. 3. The breakfast was also pretty satisfactory with various delicious options. They provided a baby chair and some crayons for our baby. I would definitely recommend it.

1. The lift is the narrowest I've ever seen! We had to fold our baby's stroller to be able to fit it in. And, you have to climb some stairs to reach the lift. It is a downside for families with babies. 2. No free parking lot but it was not a problem at all to find a parking lot just across the street which costs 5 Lei per hour or 30 Lei per 24 hours.

The room was very big and clean,the bed comfortable. The location is perfect and close to the main touristic sights. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend.

Well, the best part for us was Lorena at the reception, she was the most helpful of all and with her smile always answered our questions by giving us tips & directions! Also, the location of the hotel was perfect! Very nice breakfast lounge with nice breakfast also! We asked for a room with street view and this is what we got. We arrived very late in the evening, but the staff gave us so much detailed directions on how to get in with codes etc so it was no problem! Also, there was a bottle of water when we arrived, and it was restocked the day after, this was also very nice.

To be honest the room & bathroom was only cleaned the day after we arrived. Because of the carpet on the ground, you could see that it hasn't been vacuumed the days we were there. Allthough the garbage bins were emptied and we had clean towels, everything else regarding the cleaning was neglected.

Close to center of town, clean, comfortable and very good breakfast.

The hotel is 80m away from the main (busy) road in Bucharest that has shops and restaurants and public transport to the airport. The hotel reception is on the ground floor and all rooms start on the first floor but the lift only reaches the sixth floor (not the seventh floor). The six and seventh floors have balconies. The room is large and very comfortable. The air conditioning, TV and fridge work well. The breakfast is on the Ground floor and offer a variety of pastries, rolls, cereal, cooked egg, fruit juices and some fruit. The reception and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful.

The lift only accommodates 2 people with little luggage and only reaches the sixth floor.

Honestly, I didn't expect to enjoy the stay so much, everything was great! Hotel is really close to the center, neighborhood is safe and quiet, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and exchange stores nearby! Room was large enough, warm (you can adjust the room temperature by yourself) and very clean, plenty of warm water and even some extra bathroom amenities and a renewable bottle of water every day! Breakfast was excellent and more than enough, with fresh juices, fruit, some vegetables, 3 types of eggs, bacon and sausages, pastries, jam and etc.! Do not skip on the mushrooms, they were exceptionall! Big bonus that it had an elevator and that the check out is until 12! Overall, for the price, position and amenities, the hotel exceeded my expectations! Definitely would recommend and come back!

Location is perfect. Close to the main city boulevards, the Metro, the Roman Athanaeum & the Old town. Good breakfast choices. Lovely large room with a safe, armchairs, storage & tea/coffee facility, a table/desk with chairs & a balcony. We'd stay here again if we were travelling to Bucharest

The heated breakfast containers for eggs etc were never on so the food went cold too fast. The coffee from the machine is good but the machine is too slow to deal with a roomful of guests which happened a couple of times. Small things that could make a big difference. The shower, even with printed instructions, was very complicated & despite precautions we still managed to get soaked (& soaked the floor), before we got in it. A minor issue.

The hotel location is fantastic for visiting the Old Town Bucharest and many of the most iconic tourist attractions in the city. The room I stayed in was quiet, clean and with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, with a delicious offer from pastries to eggs and stuffed mushrooms, and with two of the best Romanian Salads: roasted aubergine, salata de vinete, and roasted vegetables, zacusca.

It's a very good hotel in a fab location at a reasonable price. It is not in a new, purpose-built building but in a beautifully restored old building in the city's eclectic style.
