The outside isn't much to look at but the rooms have been very nicely updated. Go for a lounge room if you'd like a little more room. Right around the corner - 5 min walk - is a Romanian traditional restaurant, and across the street a market where you can get coffee.

Bar tender is not a happy person, and overcharged us for drinks. Restaurant food is expensive.

- Friendly staff. Always with a smile and more than willing to answer my questions and assist in any way possible. - Cozy room, clean and well decorated. Nothing less and nothing more required. Comfortable bed counted as a plus. - Breakfast had variety and did not go over the top as many other establishments do, which I prefer to be honest. Good tastes at a reasonable price. Tried visiting their restaurant for lunch as well. Amazing tastes and excellent service but maybe their prices were a bit high compared to other available options nearby. - Superb location. Within 10' walking distance to the airport and about 20-30' to the city center by car.

The location is very good, hotel is nice, rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was able to get a free shuttle to the airport despite an early start at 3:00 am. There is also a restaurant on the premises, which is always a good thing when one travels for business.

The offer for toiletries in the bathroom was really scarce, which is surprising...there was no soap at the sink, to not mention that there was no shampoo or moisturizer, which is normally the minimum most hotels offer their guests. In addition, there was only instant coffee in the room (?!) The coffee machine in the hotel lobby was not free. I understand that the cost per cup was not much (about 3 CAD); however, with a cost of 115 CAD / night, the least they could do is to offer a free cup of coffee!

The hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, situated just a stone's throw away from the airport, with a complimentary shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off. Additionally, it is only a short stroll from the Patinoar train station. The room is spacious, quiet, and features a comfortable bed. However, the air conditioning struggled to sufficiently cool the room, especially given the scorching 37-degree Celsius weather outside. The breakfast selection was nice and varied, though one of the coffee machines was experiencing some issues.

I think the hotel is a bit overpriced.

All the facilities were super nice, including the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. The free shuttle service to the airport was a huge help, as I had to leave at 3am with lots of luggage. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was a tiny bit unclean, maybe they missed it during cleaning up after the last guest. But it wasn't anything major, and small errors happen sometimes. So it's alright.

We stayed here for two nights, between planes, in a Comfort room. Very friendly and efficient staff, great continental breakfast! Sparkling clean room and bathroom with all the expected amenities. Comfy beds. Free wi-fi. Free water bottle in the room. Free shuttle to and from the Otopeni Airport. Within 5-minute walking distance to the new express train to Bucharest North Station (Gara de Nord). Love the "take a plant to your room" program! An excellent option to rest between flights - we have been staying here for the past eight years. Definitely recommended!

Superb service! Excellent shuttle bus service. Very nice and polite staff. I will certainly recommend staying at Vienna House Easy. The restaurant has great tasting food and generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. The suite we had was spacious with bedroom, a kitchen countertop, table and a sofa. Separately adjustable air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Overall we (a family of four) had a great stay here!

The property is accessible through a shuttle service from the airport which we found very convenient at night when our flight came in later. The room was big (party of three), clean and with all the amenities required for a night.

Nothing to complain about - perhaps one thing to note is that the bath is quite high when getting out so attention is needed especially for older people. Tea or coffee sachets would have also been nice to have but we always came prepared.

This is an excellent airport hotel with a proper restaurant with an excellent menu. The people that work at the hotel are professional, helpful and kind. I needed additional pillows and ask for at 11.30 p.m. and I received what I wanted. In the morning I had a reservation for the shuttle at 4.45 a.m. but woke up early and asked for earlier time - 4.00 a.m. and the shuttle was there for us. Also, they answer the phone immediately and always. This hotel was recommended to me by friends that usually choose cheaper and more basic hotels. At the end of the day The Vienna House exceeded my expectations. If I have to sleep at the airport in Bucharest, I will stay in this hotel again.

There is nothing I can say here, and I am a difficult customer.
