Very good location, the bed mattress and pillows were very confortable.

They mention you can park across the street at the Sinaia Hotel parking, but it was full during our entire stay and we had to pay 60 ron/day for the parking in a private parking nearby. The bathroom is very very small and smelly. We had some towels with holes in them.

Central location, great view, elegant and comfortable room, friendly staff. We liked that we could leave the luggage in a secure room after check out until our train departure time. Good TV eith lots of channels in the room. Practical furniture, extra blankets if needed, nice vanity desk with large mirror, electric kettle and tea/ coffee cups.

The bath tub had not been cleaned after the previous guests- there was hair and evidence of someone having had a recent shower. The bathroom did not have a fan/ ventilator, window or vent- it was hot and humid there. No moskeeto net at the window/ balcony door.

I am basing this very high review on what occurred upon check-in. Upon arrival at Sinai, we saw a notice on the hotel door telling us to check in across the road at Hotel Sinai, their partner hotel. The person at the check in told us our hotel was not available and we were upgraded to Hotel Sinai instead. Although we would have been happy to stay at the very rustic Hotel Rina Cerbul, we were very happy to be upgraded to Hotel Sinai. It was a seamless experience with outstanding levels of service offered by all persons we encountered. I cannot comment about Hotel Rina Cerbul but I can comment on the people that look after you - they are very well trained and I can only assume if the Hotel Rina Cerbul was open, we would have received similar levels of service.

Nothing - it was an exceptional stay.

When I got to Rina Cerbul I was told that my reservation had been moved to Hotel Sinaia, across the street. Being part of the same chain hotels, I believe they prefer to keep Rina Cerbul for backup when Hotel Sinaia is full and move all reservation from Rina Cerbul to Hotel Sinaia for lower maintenance costs when there is availability. I didn't mind, as Hotel Sinaia looks much better than Rina Cerbul and has better facilities too. The staff was helpful, I was waiting for a package and they didn't charge me for that. Also, after checking out in the morning, I hit the slopes and when I returned, they allowed me to use the spa locker room to change into street clothes. Room 409 has a wide corner balcony where you can have coffee in the morning with a pretty nice view.

I arrived early in the morning, around 9am, so the rooms were not yet cleaned, as expected. I appreciated that they were able to accommodate me immediately, however, the room I believe it was the last on the entire floor that wasn't refurbished. Still, it looked nice by year 2000 standards.

Looks better on the inside than the outside. Location right in the center of Sinaia. Nice view of mountains from my room. Room was clean with good A/C. Bed was comfy enough, and I had a nice stay. For the price, this is a GREAT place to stay!

This is not actually Hotel Rina Cerbul. When you walk to the front of Rina Cerbul, there is a sign posted that says go across the street to Hotel Sinaia. That is where my booking turned out to be. Kinda weird, but must be the same owner or something... The only complaint I have is the bathroom vanity/sink wasn't bolted down. I leaned down on it briefly and it almost fell on top of me.

Location: right in the center, next to the park, close to attractions , plenty of restaurants and eateries around . helpful staff : accommodated us with luggage storage and directions for visiting confortable beds , fridge on the camera , They provided slippers ( nice touch ) Safe , big , parking area at a very reasonable price .

small bathroom ( we had the triple room) parking is not on site ( in at Sinai’s Hotel ) . The draining in the shower was blocked and water was accumulating.

It is a very old building so would be nice to invest in modernisation, but for sure it would be more expensive if so. So, the way it is now, really great value for money, comparing also with other accomodation offers in the area.

Free upgrade to an apartment with jacuzzi, comfortable bed, lots of towels & toiletries, nice polite staff. Central location close to restaurants & parks. Good value overall.

The parking lot was on the other side of the street at Sinaia hotel, when you're carrying heavy bags that can be quite tiresome. And the bathroom door was really low, a tall person can easily hit its head like I did.

The hotel is centrally located, in the heart of Sinaia. The stuff is amazing, friendly and willing to go above ane beyound to make you comfortable. The rooms are big and clean. You get amenities such as shower cap, slippers, etv which you never find in a 2-star hotel.

The bathrooms could use a bit of modernization / renovation, but I would not say I did not like them.

it was very warm and well located. staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. also had a fridge

the internet was intermittent which was a pain but eventually worked. some of the facilities listed on the property such as a balcony and a sauna were nowhere to be seen, I think it was part of a sister hotel or something.
