No availability of the spa staff and lack of info about how to make reservation for treatments prior to arrival. Also- indoor pool floor very slippery and no staff to remove the watter.

Excellent hotel. Well deserving the praise it gets. The service is great. The hotel feels newly renovated. Everything is clean. Lots of hotel facilities. An amazing attached hotel restaurant. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, was very good. The spa area is excellent for adults. Outdoor jacuzzi in the evening cold is a special experience.

The water pressure in the shower head was a bit lacking. The drainage in the sink was slow and left soap marks on the sides. Battery in the room scales was dead. None of these are biggies, but the dead battery in the room scales is always a litmus test for me for the maintenance team quality.

Excellent location, wonderful hotel - you have everything you need: close to the slopes, restaurant, spa, gym, etc. Meylin at the restaurant was great - really helpful and always smiling.

The cleaning ladies are very loud when cleaning in the morning, as if you want to sleep in, you will hear them vacuuming, loughing and slamming doors (at 7:30-8 AM). It has been a recurring issue with this hotel, at all our stays. This time I signaled the problem to the reception and the next day it was quiet. Also, during the weekend, the restaurant ia very crowded and the stuff cannot keep up with the orders - waiting time is very long, even for drinks. These issues don’t make this hotel less amazing, but I am signaling all this because it might help in improving the stay.

+ Great location; + Nice cozy architecture. Nice lodge feeling in the room and great view ofer the mountains (Junior Suite); + Good restaurant with a wide variety of foods.

- The SPA area is pretty weak. The pool is extremely cold and that was actually unacceptable; - Surprisingly, the bathrooms look outdated, the shower has no pressure; - Same outdated look was for the sockets and light switches; - Accessibility with a stroller is very difficult, as they did not build the hotel with any facility in mind, they had to retrofit afterwards and that doesn’t work well; - Hotel guests have to book the dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and that you are yelled at if you don’t do so even if the restaurant is empty (happened to us 2 times during our stay).

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It has all the facilities one would expect from a mountain resort hotel. The spa is great, we spent a lot of time at the indoor swimming pool. We also enjoyed the lovely modern "mountain-style" decor, it really gave off a very relaxing and charming vibe. The rooms are very clean, big thanks to the cleaning staff! The breakfast is the most diverse and luxurious I'd ever seen, definitely would recommend getting it. Last but not least, all the staff is amazing and very professional! Special kudos to the barman who made the best cocktails I've ever had at a hotel bar.

Some guests let their children run around the spa area unsupervised. They were entering the pool and splashing water everywhere. I think it's also quite dangerous for children to be left alone like that since the water was quite deep (1.5m). The hotel should enforce the spa rules.

Pretty much everything including all the facilities (especially the saunas and outdoor heated pools at the SPA and the great fitness studio - even if fairly small it has absolutely everything you need for high quality strength and cardio trainings), the hotel layout and indoor design, the staff, the location. After a long loyalty period of staying more than 10 times during 2 years at a similar 4 star hotel in Sinaia, Teleferic has become my new first option when returning to Brasov-Prahova area for leisure! Absolutely superb!

Not really something negative but, at this general level of comfort for the entire hotel, a better TV in the room would be a more natural and consistent fit to the general experience. A newer smart tv with more apps like Netflix - the current ones in standard double rooms only have YouTube but, of course, it is still much better than a classical tv.

The sauna was amazing would ve loved a way to instantly get out in the cold after doing sauna, the breakfast is one of the best i tried and i traveled to over 40 countries. the staff of the restaurant is really nice.

the sink was clogged, the toilet reservoir had some issues water comes out without pressing the button, i needed to ask for extra toilet paper although the cleaners come through the room they did not re supply. I forgot my headset in the hotel camera, i reached out to them but they did not call back.

Extremely clean, really nice staff, great food. Breakfast was above my expectations. A lot of ingredients, really tasty, special breakfast for kids, felt really thought through. We enjoyed it a lot. Very close to the ski slope, for the ones skiing.

Spa area can be bigger and offer more times for massage which was fully booked. However the staff was really accommodating and try offer us teo times around lunch, which we could not take due to other plans we had at those times. A nice touch would be a hair salon area for after spa.

It is a very good hotel, high class, exceptionally situated (a few steps from ski slopes). The staff is almost entirely asian, but very polite and helpful, even if they speak mostly english (which might actually be a plus). The restaurant is very good, the prices reasonably high, but it is expected. The rooms are very clean.

All rooms have actually double bed. If you want a matrimonial one, they will just close the two beds together and put a thick cover on top to make them look like one. It is not very comfortable, not the same as having a full size bed. The worst massage I’ve ever had. Even if the SPA staff is asian, I seriously doubt the masseuse had any formal training or experience. Internet connectivity is quite poor, the hotel’s WiFi network doesn’t work very well and you have no choice but to rely on it, since the mobile data signal is weak inside the building.

Beautiful hotel, nice smell everywhere and the staff is friendly. Jacuzzi is very nice, well heated with pretty view (even better when there are less people, maybe later in the day)

The rule that the kids should not be allowed in the spa pools after 6 pm is not really respected. Also some people stood for too long in the jacuzzi(1h+), even if there were many people nearby who probably wanted to get in too.
