clean hotel, good restaurant, underground parking, excellent location near the ski slope

I booked for two adults and a child, then i wrote to the hotel that we won't be able to take the child. Although i received a confirmation reply, at the checkout, we paid for the child's breakfast. In the bathroom we had only two shower gels and a hair conditioner; there were no cotton swabs, body lotion, not to mention toothbrush, comb, razor....(I suppose it was a mistake, but I think that a 5-star hotel should respect the customer more)

scenic view from every point of the hotel. the hotel is quite small, that’s why was very quite and cozy. located right next to gondola. from half of the rooms, from playground and restaurant you see mountains like at the palm of your hand. very good restaurant with nice service. coffee machine with complimentary coffee in each room was very helpful while staying inside with my kid. visited it for the third time already, and every time thinking of coming back

I missed some of small things like hygiene pack in the bathroom. but it was minor and didn’t impact the quality of my stay in any way. another surprise was that kids room was changed into the conference room, but seems like it depends on events for which hotel might be booked during a week.

The entire location, the attention paid to all the details, the food, the view from restaurant area, the staff was very professional.

I didn't like that it wasn't any backup plan for kids playground arranged in one conference room, and when a conference was in place no alternatives were avaliable for kids to play, except the outside playground, which could be improved. And the balcony door didn't had any closing options from the outside when sitting in there.

The view, the staff, tha playground, care for details.

1.the cleaning staff should no longer be stingy with the cosmetic products in the room. cosmetic products were provided for one person and only on request was supplemented for 2 once sparingly in 6 days 2. more options in the restaurant menu would be better

The location

The Spa area is small and you need to go to the reception (or call - if you are lucky, they might also answer) for them to bring towels and water. MUCH OVERPRICED for the service they provide.

I'm gonna start with the reception personnel. The reception is the liaison between the guests and the hotel, thus very important for the hotel's image. This one was probably the best one I've seen, ever. There was a little queue at checkout but I didn't mind the wait. All smiles, no mistakes, no kickups, beyond any reproach. Other than that, the room was very spacious and clean, the bedding was excellent, everything smelled nice. There is a big underground parking, that looks safe. I couldn't find an elevator inside, only a spiraled staircase to the reception. Right outside the hotel there is the cable car that goes up the mountain. The price is 10 euro for a return ticket and it takes about 6 minutes to get to the top.

The food available in the in-house restaurant is very good, I also liked the breakfast (coffee included). The views from the hotel are nice all around. The hotel is very clean. There are things to do nearby (azuga telecabine) so that is a big plus. The garden has some benches in the sun and I enjoyed sitting there.

It’s a great hotel overall, but I would personally rate it more towards 4 stars rather than 5 because the pool is very small. I did read about it in the reviews but thought people were exagerating - they are not.

Amazing hotel right by the ski lopes, therefore best location comparing with any other hotel in Azuga. We stayed 3 nights during the week avoiding the weekend crowd and was perfect. Our family room was very good for family with two small kids (2 and 1 yr old)- a small hallway and than two identical rooms. The restaurant staff was very nice… always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Great job! We had an amazing vacation with our kids. Btw seing lots of reviews about the pool being small, we can say that does not matter … actually we had an amazing time over there …kids just love it … so yes is small but does not matter if your focus is to simply have a great time. Overall an amazing 3 days holidays at Lux Garden and hope to return. We recommend 👍

We all got extremely dry skin with rashes on our bodies. We don’t know if from the water in the shower or pool (used it twice). The kids got spots all over and very dry skin… we will follow up with a dermatologist to see exactly what happened and we take it from there…

Big room, comfortable, clean, nice staff. Nice terrace and green area outside to relax. Located right next to cable car, so you can go up for some great views, if it is functional - if not, you have nothing to do in the area.

View from the room was decent but not great, especially for the price, as the balcony was on the back of the building - book a regular room instead if the view is important to you. Restaurant menu is quite lacking in options, focused mostly on overpriced food.

The Location - it is placed ideally next to the gondolas, in the heart of the nature. The outside childrens playground and the outside terrace.

The SPA which is the size of a livingroom. The menu in the restaurant should be changed more often because it’s the same as February.
