I really liked the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating. The room was large and clean and came with a balcony (we received a free upgrade on arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise). The room service was also on point. Overall, I would definitely visit again, next time during the winter months. The hotel is really well-placed if you are interested in hiking in the summer or skiing/snowboarding in the winter.

The restaurant and sauna were located in an adjacent hotel. This wasn't much of a problem since there is a passage connecting the two buildings in case of bad weather, but I just thought it worthy of mention.

All the hotel facilities were clean and of high quality - a large SPA, tasty breakfast, large rooms, a modern restaurant, and a fancy lobby. The breakfast is varied, offering cold and hot snacks, fruits, and coffee from coffee machines, with the option to pay extra for even higher-quality coffee or food. Except for an odd interaction on the check-out day, the hotel staff has been AMAZING - friendly, helpful and respectful, always available around the hotel. In conclusion, the experience was great for us, I would return for a relaxing weekend and would recommend it to other people.

There was an odd experience on the last day - we requested a late checkout the day before to use the SPA for a few more hours. It was a surprise to come to the room afterwards and find out that our access cards were disabled. The reception staff first explained it as something along the lines of "We saw you still had a balance on the room and we were afraid you would leave without paying", which felt disrespectful. Later, when I went to ask for an explanation, I was told by a different member of staff that "All cards get disabled at midday regardless of a late checkout time" which, put in the context of the first explanation, sounded like a made-up excuse to cover-up for their colleague.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The property was impeccable, clean and with a fresh smell all across. The positioning of the hotel is just perfect, surrounded by nature, independent from the restaurants or busy areas, which meant that it was very quiet and relaxing in the room, balcony or sitting areas. The view from the balcony was something else, and the treatment we did in the spa was amazing! I’ve had the body relaxing massage and I must say this was the best I ever experienced. Any positive review to this place is an understatement, these guys are well ahead into premium customer experience.

I was so pleasantly impressed about Mister Florin’s attitude when we were in the restaurant for breakfast. He was so kind, polite and professional.He did changed our impression about the place. The hotel is nice and clean with beautiful rooms and views.

We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable from the first moment we walked in. As the staff did not bother much about us and made us to cross the entire building as they could not find our reservation. When we arrived to the main reception they told us they found our reservation so we can go back. However, next morning Mister Florin was outstanding and made us feeling so welcome, he is a really asset for the company.

Excellent stay, hotel with a nice character. All the personnel were great and very welcoming, which speaks for the good management and is such a great thing to see in terms of service in Romania. Great breakfast and the spa is top class. I would stay again.

The long trek you have to do to reach the spa, which is via the restaurant, a more discreet route would be nice.

Our family had a fantastic two-night stay at Ana Hotels Bradul. The pool and saunas were a hit with everyone, offering a relaxing experience. The breakfast was impressive, and we loved the variety. The balcony view was stunning, adding an extra charm to our stay. It is a great spot for families seeking relaxation. Thank you!

Location, breakfast and restaurant were excellent

First the road to find to get to the hotel entrance is unmarked hence difficult to find. The location of the entrance and almost no parking near the entrance is challenging to find nearby spots.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, especially at Altitude Restaurant. Very good location close to the ski slope.

Rather long ways from Bradul hotel rooms to the restaurant and to the pool & spa areas.

We arrived and the person sitting on the reception wouldn't even say hello or help us anyhow. The next day, when we asked for the way to the breakfast, they just pointed some way, which was the wrong one.
