efficient and welcoming staff, eager to accommodate all guest needs, clean facility, cozy and stylish made my stay relaxing and significantly comfortable, their Indian cuisine Rasoi is phenomenal, and great and somatic dishes served by extreme hospitality, with exotic ambiance made my food experience and excellent and memorable, highly I would recommend food lover to try RASOI, high FIVE, and many thank to Mövenpick Management Team for their easiness and professionalism to give the guest the traveling experience..

There is a sector seperated from the main hotel loby. It was so quite and you can sleep like a baby there. There is a separate elevator for that area ( elevator B). The food also was amaizing during iftar in Ramadan. Staff were so friendly specialy Salman in the reciption. Thank you so much for making my stay this comfortable

Only in the parking under ground, the gate sensor need to be checked. Sometimes the gate does not open and need to move the car back and forth to get it working.

Rich and tasty breakfast buffet as well as the nice dining choices. Staff very welcoming and responding fast to the guests needs. Very comfortable bed. I got upgraded to the superior room.

Dense humidity in the room as soon as you put the AC over 21°C, which was too cold for me. Not possible to air the room properly. Little far from the centre, sea and corniche.

Ayman from Front Desk, aside from letting us to check in early he upgraded us from superior room to residence room with the pool view. Very accommodating and knows what is a customer service all about. Hotel is in excellent location, near corniche and tahlia street.

I am disappointed with the buffet breakfast, knowing Movenpick is MOVENPICK there should be more choices. The live cooking is a disappointment also, though it is good but the way the egg omelet is prepared somehow it is not as per my expectation. I agree with the other comments about the noise from the pool that can be heard from your room, mine is on the first floor.

Property is in a central location with easy accessibility to major parts of Jeddah. The rooms and facilities are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and went beyond to accommodate my needs. Special shout-out to the laundry team who went out of their way to deliver my meeting attire for the next day within one hour and late at night. I was extremely grateful and impressed!

I did like everything in this hotel. A beautiful cozy clean hotel. For me, one of the best hotel in Jeddah. I do highly highly recommend it for those who want a quiet and a clean hotel with well decorated lobby and amazing view of the swimming pool. I also would like to give special thanks to Mr. Steven for his extraordinary management and for his good caring of hotel’s guests. Moreover, special thanx to all workers in this hotel for their professional work they do, receptionists, security and room services.

it was comfortable and the staff are professional, its close to a lot of places and less crowded..

the bathroom is not 100% clean, the shower needs more scrubbing, its not my first time staying there, i stayed in this hotel more than 7 times and everytime i stay i clean the shower because there is a lot of dead skin and dirt stuck on the tiles and it comes out when i apply water on it and soap..
