The Hotel Manager and all Receptionists were very helpful, cheerful , professional, willing to hear and help, the room was comfortable and clean, the location is good and nearby a mall with cinemas kids area restaurants and supermarkets, near old Jeddah town and other major attractions in Jeddah. Nice gym with a spa compared to most Jeddah hotels. Convenient price.

Need some maintenance and renovations in rooms and the gym. A/c ventilator sound is a bit high. The hotel pool was closed years ago It would be good to reopen it or if not mention that clearly on booking and hotel site as there are pool photos shown on booking.

Location is just very near to corniche and Haifa mall and supermarkets and restaurants. It is very clean and very spacious and staff are very accomodating. We were allowed to stay until 6pm without additional charge. Thank you for that Arab guy( sorry missed to ask his name) for being so considerate😊

I suggest to put a microwave so we can reheat our food 😊

An exceptional location coupled with great comfort in a pleasant room and on top of it as icing on the cake an excellent breakfast buffet all contribute to a positive impression. However, the room service does not speak English and hence leaves a bit to be desired. Overall highly enjoyable value for money .

As motioned, the location is here one of the main advantages and the overall comfort of the hotel is beyond reproach. Above all the room itself , which includes a nice design of furniture and snug double bed , high speed wi-fi , atmospheric ambiance as well as a spacious and super clean bathroom represents a perfect backdrop for an enjoyable vacation or a business trip .

Everything was excellent, with amazing and incredibly helpful staff. The room was impeccably clean, and the location couldn't have been better. The value for money was exceptional, reaching new heights.

It’s very central and you’re not too far from downtown Jeddah and the Al Balad district. the staff are super helpful and welcoming.

The building has aged quite a bit, such as pieces of plaster on the walls that have been redone and chipped stone in the bathroom. But it’s got character (which is a good thing in my eyes)

It's a an excellent place to stay, good quality service in all levels. Really enjoyed our stay when my daughter and grandson come for a visit to the kingdom.

Clean, big room and comfortable. Breakfast area was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was average. Room AC was very loud and the AC fan speed function was not working. We had to switch off the AC to sleep. Bathroom mixer for tap was not working, it was fixed for shower. Hotel is pricey for what it offers.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff is very friendly and helpful, prompt to address my queries. Very nice and well-maintained facility.

Good location half way between the Corniche and the Old City (Al-Balad), great breakfast, comfortable room and bathroom, and TV with some English language channels.

The hotel can use a little upkeep with minor things, as it's starting to show its wear and tear.
