Great stay here. We will stay again! All the staff were excellent. The service in the Restaurant was exceptional, 5* service from your restaurant staff. The gym was great and the pool was clean and sun loungers were comfy. They provide towels also. We had a twin room. 2 very large beds. I’d say the rooms were a little small. But they were clean, comfy and house keeping was great! coffee machine and bottled water was left each day Thank You for a great stay.

The Pool area, maybe somewhere close to access water to drink as it’s very hot!

At Crown Plaza Hotel, I particularly enjoyed their friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay specially “Abdulaziz”. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, and the on-site facilities, such as the gym and pool, added to the overall experience. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, making it a perfect place for both business and leisure travelers. Without a doubt, I rate Crown Plaza Hotel 10 out of 10 for providing an exceptional stay.

The food was exceptionally delicious with an array of different dishes to try. The room was very comfortable with also different type of pillows for the persone to choose depending on the hardness and I love to have a coffee machine in the room as I am not a person that takes breakfast just only coffee in the morning after waking up is sufficient for me.

The pool was not my preferred place as there is a lot of males around and not a woman to go in. So definitely I felt a bit shy to go in with my 2-piece bikini type of western culture.

The receptionist team at all times are friendly, courteous and very helpful. They help you without letting you asking for this and that. This includes as well their accompanying trainees. The rest of the staff is the same, including telephone operators, porters etc. The room was full of amenities. The hotel seems to be recently refurbished. It is also a hotel which is not after milking the least cent out of their guests. Service comes first.

It’s ambience, location and the standard of this particular hotel among the chain of crowne plazas in Saudi Arabia. This is my third stay here. Every time I long for the day I would be back here. Home like stay.

Was expecting an upgrade as was promised by a phone call by staff during my last stay as our checkin got delayed and they called me after stay to my home in Riyadh promised an upgrade on my next visit

I liked everything at the property. It was a game change, last time I was there was 8 months ago and I said never would i step back in this hotel. Whereas this time they have exceeded expectations, everything was super smooth, check-in with the Syrian gentleman was phenomenally smooth (kudos to you buddy)! There was a lady at the reception that extended my check-out to 4PM without questioning me and she was very nice & professional. Marvin from concierge always supported with transportation from outside (at least 3-4 times a day) during my 2 nights stay there and I would like to let the management of this property know that he was always there and real professional at all times. Sabri & his team at breakfast were very nice & very professional at what they did, kept on being around and asking if i needed anything from the buffet. Excellent service overall, the room was always tidied and cleaned. I was upgraded to a much larger room category and I am thankful for all the services i have received these 2 nights. I will Definitely be back to this gorgeous property especially that I know almost everyone by name and I am treated really well!! Big thanks to the NEW management of the hotel to be behind such professional services I have been granted. See you in February 2023!!

Good location. Decent gym and Sauna Friendly and helpful staff

Certain aspects of the hotel a little dated and in need of updating Maybe offer à la carte for those that don't want buffet. Shower/bath space is very small. A few more English channels on TV

Central location near the old Jeddah city. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with good air conditioning. Good spread at breakfast.

Some parts of the hotel and the room looked a bit "tired". Some items at the breakfast buffet were cold (eggs, potatoes, bacon).

The hotel is very comfortable rooms and excellent housekeeping system in place .. You feel the effort of the staff in taking care of every detail .. and you know they are professional The breakfast is continental breakfast very satisfying .. Facility of sport and swimming pool is excellent
