Almost everything. The welcoming staff, the cleanliness, the room, the shower area and the presence of water in the rooms. Not all hotels in Jeddah provide that- I mean, for free. The hotel isn't far from the airport, about 15min away, near the shops- nando's is 6 minutes away, theres a park just across-awesome and it's closer to the South African embassy, not knowing if all embassies are around that area, if so, then that's a bonus!

The strong smell from the bathroom

It is a good hotel with good facilities for a 3* star hotel. Luxurious toiletries. Very good value for money and very good location with nice views. I liked the hotel but only got disappointed with the event of my power bank.

Staff needs proper training in dealing with customers, they lack the professionalism. One example, We asked the waiter to bring us bread during breakfast and he went to get it from other customers’ table because he put it there by mistake and it was others on that table started using it and off course we asked him to return it back. My power bank was stolen from the reception area when I was busy drinking coffee, I discovered that I missed it literally 3 minutes after I left reception, went back and it was just gone, I searched myself everywhere and was 100% sure where I left it but it was clear that it was immediately stolen. I reported to reception & security on both shifts and no one bothered even to apologize for that or show some effort to look for it.

Good location for my needs. Quite and relaxing feeling in the hotel. The shower was excellent.

There could be a little more of a hot selection of breakfast foods. Overall, there was not I didn’t like.

Rooms were comfortable.. Bathroom was modernly designed... Enjoyed our stay.. Breakfast was a different variety each day.... Will surely stay here again.. All staff were accomodating and friendly... Thanks..

Check in time but that was my own fault but staff did excellent job by arranging my early check-in & even served us with juice while we were waiting 😍

All The satff were friendly and heplful The Chef “Mahmoed” Was so kind with me and made the best “Shakshouka” In The Whole World. The location speaks for itself..its very near from many supermakrets,pharmiches and many resturants and cafe’s

it was clean and generally spacious. i had a triple bed room so understandably, there was minimal space to move around however the beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was effective. It is one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in this district of Jeddah. i am most likely to come back to this place should I return here.

The hotel location is excellent for me, and near a lot of attractions. The room is spacious with a king size comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good with different options taking into consideration the vegetarian people.

The hotel is small with limited room types. Also, the gym is very small with only few equipment; hence, people who are looking for gym and do exercises as a group wouldn't like this gym at all.
