Lovely building and surrounding grounds. Room was clean, shower tray could do with upgrading. Black out curtains would be good and a blind of some description as the window opens into the courtyard and a pathway to the car park. Bed were uncomfortable. Nice touch was a fan in the room all beit small. Breakfast was ok. Menu to sit and choose would be better, making a decision before you sit at a table feels rushed. Staff friendly and helpful. A couple of changes and upgrades would be beneficial to encourage guests to return.

Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms above had creaking floor boards. Could hear every movement overhead. Lack of privacy from windows looking out to the courtyard.

The staff were brilliant rooms fantastic location was good but food was very poor unless you like burgers ,fries ,and pizza eveng meal was only to choice spaghetti bolanase mins parmesan cheese breakfast was 100%but mainly menu unless you like fast food we had to eat out at other restaurants

1. ,no none slip mat in shower 2 foid menu inadequate for a coach house hotel 3 found fast food delivery driver parks right in gate way to come in to rooms and reception which is allso the fire escape route for hotel these are the only faults they had but foid menu for traditional meals ie roast meats steaks meals etc foes not exist

Room set up was fine for our needs for the night. Large towels provided for shower - small hand towel.and bath mat.. Cooked breakfast was lovely - very efficient service on Sunday morning Lots of parking spaces available

Loose toilet seat in bath and top of towel rail coming away from wall. Maybe a hand towel ring holder by wash basin Fair ground was in the grounds - due to evening noise went out to another pub for meal. Window looks out onto communal court yard area - maybe having a blind would be better in the room.

Friendly helpful & accommodating staff & quality food. Added surprise in the morning when we thought only continental breakfast was available (as detailed on booking) ...... "Morning would you like a full English breakfast, bacon sandwich etc....."

2 minor things; due to location just off a main road, when window is open some traffic noise may be an issue for light sleepers, however not me though as got a good night's sleep. A small fan was provided but ideally a bigger pedestal style fan would be better for our tropical summers.

the hotel has a bar and restaurant at the property which was a lovely evening spent having a couple of drinks sitting it their lovely courtyard and there was so much sitting around so you could have some privacy as well as sitting outside

The cooked breakfast wasn't to my liking but they did have a collection of continental style cereals but can't complain when breakfast is included in the price of the booking

Place is cute. The staff are great the food is American style for dinner but great ingredients done really well. Breakfast full English was excellent. The room was functional and nice. Great views of sunset and fields. The only bad point was water pressure. Made using the shower not a good experience. But beyond that we had an excellent time and would return.

Breakfasts excellent. 'Chef' couldn't have been more helpful, always asking what you required. Rooms in separate buildings around a courtyard with amazing flower beds and hanging baskets.

En suite on the small side, but didn't affect us as we are not big people!! Maybe another stool/chair as one of us had to sit on the bed to watch the tv!!!

We liked our English breakfast: tasty and fast served. We also liked the wine and beer served in the evening. A location is convenient if you travel by car: 4 min to Melbourne and about 20 min to Cambridge . There is a central small yard for children to play and a very large secure playground area in the adjacent field. Nights were very quiet. One-room apartments are small but warm and clean, they have separate entrances from the central yard, and paired apartments may be convenient if you travel with friends. We had a very positive experience overall.

a bit too small bathroom and a room itself (however it has enough space for beds and wardrobe, TV and a small table) . WIFI was provided only in the pub.

Great road hotel with free parking and full english breakfast. Very silent at night, with a clear view of the stars (if you are lucky and there are no clouds!).

Bathroom was a little outdated, nonetheless functional. WiFi was only avaiable close to the canteen area, signal did not reach the more distant rooms. Some more options with the breakfast would make it even better!

Stayed here as a base to see the IWM at Duxford. The accommodation was perfectly situated, as just 3 minutes away. The price is just right as you also have breakfast thrown in. The meals in the restaurant are also very good. All the staff are welcoming and friendly.

There were no dislikes.
