I love the tv stand in the room. I also love the comfort of the King sized bed. My partner is 6'4 and we were both pretty comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs, including my request for a later checkout!

Unfortunately there is not much the property can do about the unhoused population nearby. The outside of the building is also VERY dated and does not give the typical "Aloft look" that I've known to love from other cities.

The room was very clean and unique in comparison to the typical hotel room stays. The bonus area upon entering made working on the computer much more comfortable. My canine companion was the reason for my stay, and he found the bed to be extremely comfortable/ he has pins and cement along his central spine. The pet relief area was larger than any we have ever encountered in and out of the U.S. We also liked the fenced in area beside the bar for dinner and a late night drink. Truly was the most pet-friendly stay for our adventures.

I had to keep asking about which areas I was allowed to enter with the dog. Perhaps a list of pet-friendly rules either at the front desk or in the room would benefit future guests?

The check in was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I like that it was in walking distance to the BOK Center.

The only thing I really didn't like was that they charged for parking. It should have free parking for their guests. The furniture in the room was not very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. My husband said I hogged most of the bed. Lol

That’s the only thing we didn’t like was that we had to buy breakfast. I think you could have at least put out a platter of donuts or bagels for breakfast. Maybe a microwave in room also would have been great. We really liked the mattress in our room #303 and slept really well.

Great location

The room was great, but the shower only had a flimsy shower curtain, which fell down, so water sprayed all over the bathroom. Would have liked to have enjoyed the great water pressure and a nice morning shower, but that was not possible.

Modern feel, cleanliness. Walking distance to the hockey game at the BOK.

The couch was not comfy. The ice machine on my floor was broken. We were never told the wi-fi password, we had to call the front desk. We were walking and didn't realize we needed a code to get back in the gate to the property

The view from the 3rd floor was pretty awesome. We were able to utilize the rooftop pool. Our room was spacious and the shower was high pressure and hot.

I did see a bug crawling on the floor around 2 in the morning. 1 singular bug, its not that big of a deal. This doesn't change my thoughts on the property.

The location was great as we were going to an event at the BOK center. It was also very clean and the staff was wonderful.

The beds were very uncomfortable. My booking also said 2 king beds, and we were given 2 double beds. Though the size of the beds wasn’t a huge deal for us.

Access to the property was confusing for someone on foot. The entire property is gated and for a pedestrian it felt weird to stand at the vehicle gate and use the intercom to get it.

How spacious the room was and the noise outside of the room was little to none that I noticed. The gym was also one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel. All the equipment was in very good condition and they had many options and multiple benches.

No microwave to heat up my leftovers in the room 😉
