The pool and the views

For such a nice property, you would think they would have two queen size beds instead of full-size beds because when you have to sleep to people in a full-size bed, it’s cramped and that makes it uncomfortable. So to pay what we paid for a room to have two full-size beds instead of queen size beds it’s not that great of a value since it’s only full-size beds. Those rooms should not be more than $100. If it was queen size beds, it would’ve been a better value . Unfortunately, because of the size of the beds for the cost we won’t stay there again. And the fact that there’s no complementary breakfast is also a factor.

I loved the area it was safe & the room was spacious. However it didn’t have a microwave, I guess they want you to eat at their restaurant downstairs. I ate there the food was ok the burger was better. Also, had trouble with our reservation saying it wasn’t there we just canceled and rebought a bigger room so that was weird but the hotel sorted it out. But it took an hour to sort it that’s the only problem.

For the value of our room the amenities like the pool or room items weren’t worth the price. The money goes into the building itself not the guests. The pool is a outside pool it’s cold all the time I thought it was a indoor pool.

Clean, comfy bed, good location

No bottles of water in the room and the hotel did not have the room service door hang tag for ordering breakfast anymore. Also, I was on the 14th floor and have used the Hyatt club in the past for a quick grab and go breakfast and there was no breakfast service. The ceiling in the bathroom looked super crusty above the shower, and there were no basic personal care items provided anymore (Qtips, cotton balls)

Closeness to nice restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle staff located my missing neck pillow before I left. Liked that they offered shuttle service to nearby places. We did walk home afterward as we saw the neighborhood was save in daylight.

Parking with the new keycard system doesn't work. It was difficult and took several trips to the desk to straighten it out. I was warned before I came it had problems.

Clean room, great water pressure, shampoo and conditioner had a great smell. Easy walk to BOK Center.

Phone and hand out had separate number for restaurant and room service. Tried to call room service number got the restaurant which did not do roomservice. So ate at the daily grill, restaurant in hotel. Do not eat at the daily grill. Bad service, food was barely edible, way too expensive for what you get.

I loved that we were able to walk to our concert and not worry about traffic.

There needed to be more people working the valet. There was one person when we got there and cars were so backed up in the valet line people had to stop on the street. Then they day we left and multiple people leaving at the same time and the one valet was overwhelmed. Took at least 15 minutes to get our vehicles.

The location, there was a restaurant on-site, the room amenities.

The pool was suppose to be 84°. However it felt like 70°. I was suppose to arrive in 7/21. Due to the airline southwest no fault of mine my bill have a no show for the 7/21. However I was in communication with Jake from the front desk for transparency.

I loved how close the hotel was to the Greenwood Historical district, liquor store, restaurants, the stadium and other spots to sight see. I LOVED the fact that the hotel allowed Motorcycles to park out front of the hotel, with designated spot for FREE, also having staff keep an eye out on the motorcycles was a HUGE plus.

We were there for a convention and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to many Downtown restaurants in minutes! The room and hotel in general were very clean. Guest services was really polite and quick considering how full the hotel was (we asked for extra towels). We would stay again!

I didn't like the confusion about the parking fees. The hotel website does not clearly state the fees for self-parking. That was an extra $24 we were not expecting to pay. I also wished that the beds were at least queen sized. Most couples sleep on a queen or larger bed, especially for the price. I felt like I was in high school again.

The location was amazing! There was this cleaning person, Johnna, who was super cool to talk to. She was super nice and I had a very pleasant conversation with her. Made the whole experience really nice, on top of the room being really plush.

Room didn't have a microwave, no hot tub, pool was not just indoors so there was this cold wind blowing in every time someone opened the door, no snacks in the king club room only drinks, room service wasn't 24 hours.
