Amazing location!! Right in the middle of the shopping area!! Still close enough to the casinos and boardwalk. The front desk and valet was very professional and nice. My room was clean, the bed was cozy and the ice machine was working lol.

The walls were a little thin. Throughout the day we could hear when someone flushed their toilet. However, I noticed well standing at the elevators I could hear it as well. Maybe it’s a facility issue. Waiting for the elevator was a hassle. They have 5 elevators however three of them were working.

The bed was very comfortable. The phones need to be updated. Cleanliness was exceptional. The bathroom was clean and powerful shower. The concierge ( customer service) was awesome with explanations for turning the lamp at the desk on!

Offer coupon for breakfast. Ask to become a member to get extra discount or better accommodations. Don’t be pushy but ask if I would like to save money on breakfast or parking .

I travelled with my boyfriend and my service dog and we had a lovely time! I didn’t stay in an accessible room, but their shower still had grab bars which came in handy. There’s a fridge and microwave, ice dispensers on every floor, and its within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, and outlets! Staff were friendly and unobtrusive, maid service always came at the perfect time while we were out. The walls aren’t thin so we didn’t hear hardly any noise and slept like a log! The bed was extremely comfy and the PILLOWS- sooooo soft! Best sleep I had in a long time. We didn’t pay for a view but we still got to see the city and the water from our windows which was great! Room was spacious and very clean. Would stay again!

the outlets were a walking distance, there were so many places around the hotel like restaurants and shopping centers. It was really convenient place to stay. It was really clean and friendly

I enjoyed being a little off the beaten path, an easy walk to the boardwalk and casinos. About 10 mins. I wish there were a pool. The weather wasn’t great and didn’t get a chance to beach. Breakfast is not included. They charge $22/person, but a lot of variety and options to choose from. Not sure I’d return, but Definitely one of the cheaper options in the area. Still a good experience overall

Very clean, Quiet, well equipped and friendly staff, I booked the hospitality suite with club lounge access and let me tell you the price I paid for was amazing and well worth it 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 the suite looked amazing and so clean and very comfortable with a home feeling and the view was out of this world the perfect view of river and Atlantic City casinos and right across the street from the outlet stores easy to go shopping, grab a bite to eat and gamble (optional) later on with some drinks Please book the Hospitality Suite you will love it !!

Nothing….everything was perfect sadly I couldn’t extend my stay 😔 cause I had to go back to work, if I was off I would of extended my stay cause it was well worth it

When we arrived the front desk said he hadn’t paid but I pre-paid with Booking.com. 3 people at the front desk said it was because I paid online. My husband used his credit card for incidentals. The next morning my husband’s card was charged the full room price and the parking fee. Again we went to the front desk and was told it was an easy fix. Sunday the $50 was credited back to his card and finally Monday it was fixed. This should have never happened when I pre-paid in advance. All of the confusion on Friday night caused us to be late to our event because no one really knew how to fix the problem

Valet person. I understand this is a third party but they should train this guys how to treat hotel guests. I was driving my car and he was following me real close and honking. I am not coming back to this hotel just for the valet staff and I will leave a review on google.
