Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent location. Very enjoyable breakfast. Overall, excellent experience and can highly recommend to anyone visiting Ferrara. Finding complementary bottles of cold water (still and sparkling) and a small set of local cookies after a long travel was an outstanding touch! Please always keep this small, but important detail.

Spacious, comfortable room with a balcony and lovely view over the city. Breakfast was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great, just next to the Estense Castle and 2 minutes from the cathedral and main square. All the main sights and museums are in walking distance. The stop for the shuttle bus to Bologna airport is very nearby.

We were on the 5th floor. There is only 1 small lift which we couldn’t get in a few times as it was full with housekeeping staff and carts. There did seem to be a 2nd lift, possibly a service lift. Maybe it was out of action?

Easy walk from the station, right near the Castello Estense. Our room faced the street, big windows looking out at trees and people going about their day. Really quiet, calm, bright. Bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Room was great, interior design of the whole place was clean and modern, including the breakfast room on the lower ground floor.

Water in the mini fridge was not complimentary as is in most other hotels in Italy, but there was no clear label or signpost to say this. Absolutely fine to charge for the water, and I did ask at reception to make sure before utilising it. Others may assume it is included, and get a surprise at checkout.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Estense Castle and the town centre. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice of sweet and savoury and delicious food. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The complementary biscuits at arrival were a nice touch. The parking was underneath the hotel and convenient even if maybe a bit pricey at 21 euros per night. If we had been in the main body of the hotel my review would probably have been a 10.

We were in the dependance of the hotel, very close, only a few meters away so that wasn't a problem. In comparison with the hotel however the dependance looks dated. My parents had issues with a couple of lights in their bedroom but only one was fixed when we told reception. I was in room 812 but I wouldn't like to stay there for a next time. There is a continuous kind of humming that can be heard in the room all the time but especially at night. Probably a generator of some sorts. Luckily I had my earplugs. Also the room is rather hot, even with the air conditioning on. We were there in May and it was only up to 26'C so I imagine the room would be very hot in the middle of summer. If I was to be back I would book in the main body of the hotel.

Breakfast was Great, Rooms were clean and modern, nice lighting, nice welcome gift. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Location was perfect, right next to the main downtown area, we got lucky we went on a day with a local food festival. shower was also nice and had a cool massage feature.

This hotel is in a brilliant location to explore the city of Ferrrara. It is situated just on the edge of the centre so is very quiet but is convenient to all the top sites of the city. Easy to get to from the train station either walking or a quick ride on the bus. The hotel itself is modern and rooms are too. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Staff were very friendly and all spoke very good English. Breakfast was provided and had a great range of options for everyone. A great experience overall.

This hotel is well located in the historical centre, two minutes walk to the Castello d'Este. It is clean and comfortable. The reception staff are fabulous and very helpful. The breakfast is just lovely! The breakfast staff were quick to get me a cappuccino each morning, and learned quickly I like a second cup.

Everything was so good, room was delightful, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they did me a favor and I couldn't apriciate more. Also, the breakfast was too good, everything fresh and tasty. I would recommend this little hotel to everyone visiting Ferrara. Close to the main attractions in the city old town and is surrounded by many restaurants so that you can enjoy Italian cuisine. For sure I will be staying here in the future.

Not single thing was wrong.

This is a 3 star hotel that deserves 4 stars. We stayed here four nights in August 2023. This hotel is in the city center of Ferrara, internally so modern, neat and clean. We booked two rooms and both of them was exactly the same high quality and clean. The bathroom in one of them was not so comfortable as it was too close for the shower cabin - in the another was more better. The morning breakfast was extremely rich, fresh and delicious it was also for our three children. I would like to highlight the kind and very good English speaker receptionists!!! It was really good and helpful (what I asked and got quick and precise help: local restaurant recommendations, Parking in Bologna etc.)

We selected outdoor parking lots (which is located in the LTZ area), and the distance was only few hundreds of meters however the access to the parking lot in the first few cases was impossible/complicated without GPS. :) Later on it was much more manageable.

Style and design of the hotel was so great. The had parking on the street, we were lucky to find a place just in front of the hotel, and that’s were our car remain parked over nigh tend day. Great city to visit, the breakfast was so good but I would add some more options in croissant as many other hotels have allot more options.

It would be great to have the advice from the staff at the check in that you may reserve for the dinner unless you want to dinner a kebab or pizza standing on the street. It is impossible to get received in any medium restaurant at Ferrara, as they acomódate preferable reservations and d they don’t accept any other people.
