Super helpful friendly staff. I've stayed here several times. I generally have a good experience each stay. Location is perfect for all the different ways I need to go to get to many different destinations

Shower heads are to high for our family. The cleaning team needs to pay more attention to details. Food left in frig. Room smelled like food when we walked in. Some areas were not swepted . Hair n a little dirt on floors ( bathroom) toilet needed a better cleaning. I cleaned the toilet and wiped up the floor with a damp paper towel. Bar was not open like usual in the evening.

The staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful The facilities were good - the room was laced out in a funny shape and the toilet was a low toilet for us. The breakfast buffet was great!

The bathroom was a little small and the toilet was low. The closet in the room was small but acceptable. The couch in the room was not the most comfortable and the lighting in the room was just adequate - we light lots of light. The hotel was not as close to downtown Bethlehem as we thought it would be

The breakfast had enough variety to be satisfying. It was more than adequate, and I actually appreciated that there weren't an overwhelming number of choices. It is very cool that they have a basic bar right in the lobby. There are restaurants close by, including the Copperhead Grille where we ate. I appreciated that we could watch prime and netflix and Youtube in our room. The TV was easy to operate.

Provide washable, not disposable plates, etc. for breakfast. The wall switches in our room did not work. I could not see the thermostat at night to adjust it.

Not that I didn’t like it, but breakfast was very tight and ran low both mornings that we went. The staff was constantly kept refilling the food, but it seemed that for the small size of the breakfast area was a little too small for the amount of guests on a weekend. Very impressed by the seating though!

Friendly staff. Keisha(sp?) at front desk was super nice. Complimentary breakfast had nice selection. Really appreciate that hot items changed. The kale and cheese frittata was delicious. Lounge is very comfortable. Great location near The Promenade. Kids loved the variety of snacks available for purchase.

Shower heads are way to high. We all got so much water in our ears that I had to buy "swimmer's ear" to treat all of our ears. Shower head was shooting water in all directions after trying serval settings. Only found one setting that kinda worked. Not enough places to hang or put items in Shower. Not enough places to hang guest towels to dry after Shower. Water had a "soapy or filmy" feel to it. Better exhaust fan in bathroom would be great. Why don't the clocks in the rooms work properly?

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff was very helpful.

The indoor pool water was very cold. And there were not enough clean towels in the pool area. My family could only be in the pool for about 10 to 15 minutes because of how cold the water was.

The breakfast was great. Room was clean

My granddaughter was disappointed the pool was closed. I didn’t like the lighting in the room. When you were sleeping and someone went to the bathroom and turn the light on it woke you up.

I loved so many things about this hotel. For starters the room was amazing. The one I had was 2 beds and a sofa bed so all my family fit perfect. The rooms were so clean and they even had body wash, shampoo and conditioner which is awesome. The pool was awesome and I'm happy they also had breakfast very convenient.

The location was a little boring but I'm happy it was peaceful.

The property was really nice, clean and comfortable. The service was amazing everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t working during our stay.
