Breakfast was surprisingly good! I thanked the staff for a really good meal for the family. The cleanliness was excellent, not only the rooms but the whole facility. Location was decent, not as good as others but still close to major highway but out of the hustle and bustle area. Rooms offered what was needed at a very reasonable price. Things weren't broken either, everything was in well working order. Pride of ownership showed and is super important.

I like the type of mattresses in the hotel chain but ours happened to be older and sinking in the middle, wasn't the best night sleep unfortunately. I liked that there was a section for doing business dealings but it was too small of an area and out in the open. I naturally wouldn't want people being able to stand there and watch what I need to do, a little privacy would go a long way in that section.

Smelled great as soon as I entered the lobby so clean! Great front desk staff! Room was beautiful and very clean so much space! Pool is open late and the jacuzzi is big and perfect temperature! The beds were so comfortable my child slept like a log. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Great location. Stores, beer, park trails, and Texas road house, TGI FRIDAYS all close by.

The pool could be heated better. Looked dirty but the floor was just discolored. A lot of chlorine.

Friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean & comfortable/spacious. Breakfast in the morning had many options to choose from and food was tasty. Good hot coffee! Good location for our needs, right off the highway. My son enjoyed the fitness room, the pool/spa looked nice but we didn't use it.

Furniture was dated and stained, the room could use some updating.

Very Clean , Top to Bottom ! Slept Well , Comfortable bed ! A Good Sufficient Breakfast ( plenty of Everything ) . At check in " Latisha " , Was Very Courteous & Thorough on explaining layout of system . Good chance will use Again !

Too many kids in pool " OR Rather the hot tub . Would've liked to use , after my long drive .

I had to leave 1 day early and feel like I should receive a credit for that night. My husband got sick and we had to go home to NY. Ive stayed here before and like the hotel but they have not been positive about my requesting $ back

Location was great easy access to major highways. Breakfast could have been a little better If the had a variety of different items for each day And not the same things each day. But you can do what I did for a change of breakfast and walk next door to the Waffle House. overall it was worth staying and I would definitely say there again. The pool and hot tub was great.

Room was lovely. Very spacious and nice bathroom. Pool at very right temperature and whirlpool fab. Staff super helpful with wake-up call and taxi assistance. No complaints whatsoever - would stay again.

I did ask for recommendations about food as there is no restaurant in the hotel. Did not get much. Eventually I found a local tavern where I was able to get a drink and a pizza.

You need more help with breakfast. When we stayed there was only 1 staff member and he couldn't keep up with the demand. Our experience with breakfast was no coffee and very little food available. I felt sorry for that employee he did his best.

Staff was great. Very warm welcome. Breakfast was perfect, plenty of different items to choose from. Room was clean and welcoming also.

Not a darn thing I could complain about. Seems like everyone there has their act together!!! Good group.

I felt the staff could have been a little for approachable and friendly. I felt like they were annoyed when I had to ask for a straw or extra plastic spoons and forks for the kids
