Overall the experience was more than delightful. We were just staying one night since we were traveling for an appointment but since it was Easter there was not many restaurants open. The hotel staff helped call a few restaurants to see where we could go eat for the night. Great customer service skills!

The two things I would say I would change about the location are the pillows are very then so even two pillows doesn't help with the comfortability. The other thing is even though it was a very clean space, housekeeping did not verify if the soaps were filled in the shower prior to next guest. They made it right by providing another bottle of soap to put on the dispenser in the shower but most guest would not have been pleased with having to ask then changing themselves personally.

When u walk in, the smell of the hotel is incredible. It was very clean and very well kept. Beds were comfortable and rooms areca decent size.

Parking on a Saturday was terrible. There was a bunch of work type vehicles taking up over 10 spots. Continental breakfast would be nice. The room is pricey, they could certainly give us some muffins, bagels, and juice. This was my 2nd stay here. I would stay again.

asked for room close to each other and they were not ...on same floor but one close to elevator and other down the hall...i assume that a room was empty because a alarm was going off for hours....the body wash was empty and the shampoo and conditioner that was there made you smell like a man..rooms were great beds were ok..would i go back? yes

Staff are very friendly and accommodated special request for a later check out. The rooms are very clean and comfortable temperature. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast and had a great price.

The hotel unfortunately is located off the highway that we must drive a little out of our way to get onto the proper route for turning into the driveway. It is well worth the small distance however for the pleasant accommodations and friendly staff.

Vey clean and contemporary hotel

Main thing I noticed was the carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor and probably all the floors were buckled or rippled. It needs to be stretched or straightened. It is dangerous especially for older people and little kids who could trip. In fact, my husband did trip a little. I also didn’t like the vanity top with the sink. Big gap on both sides. Our items kept falling through the space. Another dangerous thing was constant water on the floor in front of the elevators from people, probably kids not drying off returning from pool. Disappointed no free breakfast and no safe in room. Noticing a trend on that.

Property was clean, welcoming, and staff is stupendous. Great bar!

The TV guide was messed up. The guide did not correspond to the channel selection - many channels went to FoX and Gox weather upon selection. We reported the issue but it was not resolved. The walls were very thin and the alarm and the next door room’s TV went on at 5 am and stayed on. Not very pleasant!

Good location

Shower pressure was very weak. Empty juice bottle on the floor and tv was on when I opened the door. I'm assuming a staff member was in their. I didn't report it because it wasn't a huge deal and it was late

My husband was in the Hospital getting a left-hip replacement, can't tell you how good it was to come back to a very comfortable, clean room. I slept like a baby, THANK YOU ps husbands hip replacement, no complications, he'll be up and running around again in no timr

Great location. Wonderful , helpful staff.

My only compliant , I guess the walls are too thin for some people ( it’s a hotel !) but our neighbors decided to beat on the wall like a mad man ( woman ) at midnight when they got back to their room. Watching tv on volume 20 was just too much for them.

Breakfast was a nice option as was the restaurant after a hard day's work. The staff were a pleasure to deal with on all levels. Very friendly and helpful.

Only complant if I had to list one would be the water dripping on the metal sill from the air-condition on the floor above which was very loud.
