Vey clean and contemporary hotel

Main thing I noticed was the carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor and probably all the floors were buckled or rippled. It needs to be stretched or straightened. It is dangerous especially for older people and little kids who could trip. In fact, my husband did trip a little. I also didn’t like the vanity top with the sink. Big gap on both sides. Our items kept falling through the space. Another dangerous thing was constant water on the floor in front of the elevators from people, probably kids not drying off returning from pool. Disappointed no free breakfast and no safe in room. Noticing a trend on that.

The breakfast was excellent all three days. The room was comfortable. The bed was very good. The shower was excellent. Parking was convenient. The karaoke was superb and we really had a great time. The locals were friendly and welcoming.

Explain that you have to put your towels in the hallway each morning to get clean ones. It would be nice to get clean sheets after a couple of days.

Breakfast - not offered. Room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I was very satisfied with the hotel. The decor is what I expected, and the staff were amazingly service oriented.

The only comment I would make here is that the restaurant attached to the hotel is not owned by the hotel and we could not charge our meals to our room.

price was high, tried to get a early check in and a late check out but couldn't get either, my price said breakfast included but there was no free breakfast, only a breakfast i had to pay for

The room was very comfortable and perfect for a single traveler or couple. The attached restaurant was open for breakfast at a low price and great food choices as well as dinner with a bar. restaurant was not open for lunch which I didn't find a problem. Located directly across from Dorney Park with a great view

the restaurant was perfect, the beds and pillows were exceptional

there should be another chair and table in the room. closest to the door. There were 3 people in my rook yet only 2 chairs, 2 towels. not enough light on the side closest to the door...I mention all this because it was my side. no place to sit, no table to put my cell phone on. no light to read

Great that the restaurant was right downstairs. It had good food good drinks. It had karaoke at the bar, it was a lot of fun. I stayed at the bar until it closed.

The hotel would not give me a late check out. It would have been nice to check out a hour later than 11 o’clock Don’t get me wrong the drinks are delicious but I wouldn’t drink at the bar next time I stay here. Had to get up Have breakfast and leave the hotel too early. Just needed a extra hour of sleep.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive - going far beyond the call of duty when I was based with them as I made plans for a family funeral. I am so grateful. Having a restaurant on-site was a great benefit, and location was convenient to all the resources I needed.

The hotel is very nice, clean modern facility. The staff was excellent. Also had a restaurant that had karaoke night which was fun for my wife & kids.

When we checked into our first room, it smelled of smoke. Apparently, it's a non-smoking hotel, but the previous guest was a smoker. The staff changed our room immediately and were very accommodating.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants! Staff was amazing! We were there from out of town celebrating my sons birthday and the gentleman who checked us in gave my son $20 for dinner at the Linx restaurant! Very clean and friendly! Will definitely stay again!
