I stayed with my family. We loved the pool. It's a saltwater pool and it is warm!!! We loved the breakfast. But the food was great. The service was great. The building was well kept and clean. I loved the ability to park under the building and able to take the luggage straight from parking area to our floor. That was convenient. The walls were not thin, as I had read in other reviews, but we did hear walking and running from upstairs. So that was alittle bothersome but we slept very well for the most part bc we brought a fan.

We were only given 2 towels in the hotel room with 4 people...and had to go all the way downstairs to obtain additional. The morning we got out alittle late for breakfast and there was no seating available, which....no one's fault lol but ours. But it's a small space for the amount of guests. The bed felt alittle springy.

Check In was wonderful. The man who checked us in was extremely helpful. The hotel has an air of elegance in the lobby area. The beds were comfortable and the room was pleasant. We appreciated that the room included a free shuttle service to the airport and free parking. The cost was very affordable for a airport hotel.

The breakfast had many items that were cold when they should have been warm. The staff setting up the breakfast area were unpleasant and failed to keep up replenishing the food. We had to wait to find a table. The tables were not always wiped down. The shuttle driver on our departure did not follow the rules which caused us to be quite anxioux.

Very easy access from / to airport and several restaurants, bars (and Sheetz gas station) with plenty of parking including a basement garage w direct access to room floor. Great room in contemporary style w two large comfy beds w power points and light switches right next to bed. Bright fresh looking lobby and helpful front desk staff.

Nothing - just a little frustrated that I had to leave before 6am for an early flight so missed out on the inclusive breakfast. Probably should be a sandwich / coffee option for guests leaving before meal time.

Eggs and sausage were cold. No juice but apple, no waffles or bagels until after 7 am when we ask. No fruit left after 7am. No muffins.

Well I reserved months ago for 4 adults, 2 queen beds in room. When I checked in they told me they overbooked queen rooms and didn't have any. I said unacceptable!. She then said wait how about a couch or fold up bed. I said no. We are elderly with back problems. She then gave me someone else's room. Other than that was great stay.

The location was good and easy to get too. There were plenty of places to eat and activities to do around the hotel. Room was nice, flat screen tv, frig, king size bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. We also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.

I wasn’t happy with the price I paid for a 2 star hotel, but I thought it was a 3 star when I booked it. They were under staffed which made it difficult for the few that were there. The top bed sheet on our king bed had 2 orangish/red stains on it. It was replaced when we told them about it, but we offered to make it ourselves.

Great staff, especially the kind gentleman who checked us in- so attentive and friendly to everyone. Great location- Tons of shops and restaurants a minute away. Great breakfast in the morning- and the coffee was always on. Stayed in another highly rated airport hotel nearby, and would recommend this one way over the other!

A little further from the airport than we anticipated, but with a free shuttle, that really didn’t matter.

Parking was great they had outside parking as well as underneath the hotel a parking garage . The day we checked in it was raining it was very convenient to park underneath and unload your luggage without getting wet and elevator's we're right in the underground garage . Room was very clean staff was amazing especially Philip. Philip was more than accommodating. they also have late checkout here in case you're waiting for a flight awesome place to stay! Restaurants shopping plaza all within walking distance. They also offer airport shuttle.

This was a surprisingly great hotel. For the price I was expecting something maybe a little run down but this was nothing of the sort. Brand new hotel with all new furnishings and facilities. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was quite good and the bed was very comfortable. The room has some very well thought out fixtures. For example there are USB ports in every piece of furniture, and the bedside tables have pull out shelves which are very useful for someone who travels with a CPAP or similar and needs the space. I would absolutely stay here again if i was in the area.

There wasn't much for breakfast . Round sausage, Make your own pancakes, eggs, bread and muffins . They did have fruits and juice , coffee.

The towels were very old ,not fluffy. They didn't have holes are anything like that ,you could see they were well used. The freg in our room had a bad smell. You could hear the traffic at night , I felt it was loud .

Accommodations were great check in staff was great. I was able to return my rental the day before my flight home with free shuttle to and from airport, making it easier.

The overnight staff was supposed to give me 2 wake up calls which didn't happen, I was told by day staff since i was checking out before breakfast I'd get a to go bag but I didn't get anything, and went to shower and towels were covered in previous guests body hair. Had to ask for clean towels
