Nice clean facilities. Large comfortable room. Clean pool and hot tub. Although pricey breakfast and dinner are included. Also free free drinks during dinner. Front desk staff was friendly.

Housekeeper, Maurice, loudly talking and loudly laughing while on phone. This happened 2 days of our stay. The first day he did this I was waiting at his cart to ask to exchange a towel for a clean one. He squeezed by me and his cart and began walking in the room, when I had to get his attention, he seemed annoyed that i was interrupting his casual conversation. The second time was shortly after 8am and woke us up.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. When we book rooms we try to stay where breakfast is included as traveling with 6 of us can be expensive food wise. We weren't dissapointed with the food. There was something for everyone. We were also pleasantly surprised by the dinners served and the free drinks. The free popcorn and pop were an added bonus. The hotel workers were also kind enough to let us play cards in the dining room at the end of the day. We really appreciated that.

There really was no downside. The only thing bad I could say was the popcorn was almost always gone when we went to get some. We did manage to snag a bag the last night though.

The location of this hotel is wonderful! I was very impressed with the staff, especially the maintenance staff!! I took my grandchildren to the pool, and an older staff member came in to check the pool chemicals. My grandson was very interested in what the gentleman was doing. It meant so much to me that he took time out of what he was doing to talk with my grandson and explain it to him. Then, as we were leaving the next day, I apparently dropped my granddaughter's headset, and another maintenance man saw them fall and picked them up and caught up with me to make sure she didn't loose them.

We enjoyed our whole stay here . First let me say the employee Amanda was amazing and very accommodating!! She should get a raise for sure . We enjoyed the meals , the 5:30-7pm happy hour , the pool and hot top , how clean and nice our suite was , how after our flight got canceled it was so easy to rebook another night and the hotel came to pick as up from the airport as we had already gave our rental truck back and the airport had NO MORE rentals !!! We definitely plan on visiting more Drury hotels in the future !!! Excellent!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location was great very close to Market Square went to the Soul Food Festival and nearby stores like Target and Walmart. I would say everything was 5 minutes away very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast food was good I only did it one morning but the food was hot and ready. Free refreshments in the lobby area.

I stayed but I did do it the next day I thought they would change the sheets but it looks like he just made the bed and gave fresh towels the same stain was on the sheets. Was a little weird out about that.

Comfortable, children friendly, and clean! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. If ever we need a hotel again, we’ll definitely be returning!

One thing…there was a lot of pounding in the room above us. I’m not use to hearing that much noise at a hotel but our kids were loud enough for us to ignore it. We didn’t complain but maybe if a complaint does come up you can look into noise canceling devices to make your customers more comfortable.

Friendly staff, super comfortable rooms - amazing bed & bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel, perfect AC, refrigerator. Breakfast was really good. Cereals, waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, bread & bagels with spreads, fruit juices. They even had dinner and alcohol. Not sure if that was just the night we were there or it’s the norm. They had hot dogs, pulled pork, potatoes, bread, veggies. Super close to everything in Robinson township!! Mall, stores, supermarkets, major highways.

The hotel has all the modern amenities, great breakfast buffet and super comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The only con is the location. While I did want a more secluded hotel in between the airport and Pittsburgh. There wasn’t even a convenience store you could walk to, you have to drive everywhere. The hotel does have a small shop with a few things. It’s not fully the hotel’s fault, but it was still something that was lacking.

Clean room, inviting lobby, tasty food, friendly staff. We enjoyed the free parking, 5:30 kickback, the pool/hot tub, and the buffet breakfast. we paid the $50 pet fee to have our dog stay in the room with us. Plenty of grassy area for our furry friend to sniff and pee. Pick up bags and trash can provided and conveniently located. Several other guests had their dog with them, and all seemed to be very respectful.

Tricky to access from the road, but that’s true of most of Pittsburgh. I just thought it would be easier near the airport.

I loved the beautiful room and the convenience to everything. It was nice to have a really good breakfast and was an added surprise to have dinner waiting when we came back from the game!

I think BOOKING.COM is cheating football fans by upping the prices on fans staying overnight andvthen they won't let you cancel. I could have saved over $100 as there were still rooms available there on Saturday night for less.
