STAFF: 10 - very cordial, business like manner/professional, explained $50 deposit/refund very clear n made customer at ease with the policy. LOCATION/ SAFETYNESS - 10. 1st time in Pitsburgh n felt very safe in this location. COST - 8 Very competitive around the area. CLEANINESS : Outside - 10, LOBBY - 10 Room - 10 BATHROOM/SHOWER - 10 Air inside the hotel n room smell fresh and clean. No scent of muggy air, food smell. Scent and ambiance was welcoming n inviting. CHECK-IN TIME : 7 - check-in was at 3pm. Wish it could be more like 1pm. There is a $50 early check-in fee. Had to wait 3hrs after arriving in Pitsburgh. Would like to take a longer rest after a 6hr drive. SUMMARY : 8 - Will go back here to stay. Decisions was made based upon COST, CLEANLINESS, and near location to our purpose visit.

AMENITIES: ICE-MAKER - 8. Working, just because it is in the 1st fl. FRIDGE - 0 - Was not working. Insulin n food beverages had to kept cool. Reported it but NOT fixed.

Very good hotel for the price. Clean and fairly quiet rooms despite being close to the airport. Doors made a lot of noise shutting, but I heard very little of that during my stay. Staff is excellent and even asked me how my stay was - something that has become rare in my experience.

The location is good if you have a car. There really isn't anywhere one can walk to, unfortunately. My large bed only had two small pillows - enough for me for one night, but not enough for couples or for people needing to sleep inclined.

The room was quiet and very clean. The rooms have been renovated since my last visit. I had stayed there last year when it was under a different name and it wasn't as nice then. The room may be outdated, but it has EVERYTHING you need and it is NOT EXPENSIVE like most places! EVEN on the weekends! It has a microwave, coffee pot and a fridge! You can't beat it for the price! I will DEFINITELY be staying there in the near future.

I actually like that there was no breakfast, because I'd rather make my own meal choices. We have stayed here twice before over a number of years and would come back again. The manager from the previous visits was at the front desk when we arrived, and he greeted me by first name! This isn't a modern building, but they have kept it up in good shape and have made many improvements in the rooms. I'm very impressed with the upkeep. In many ways, it's like getting a 4-star hotel at a 2-star price. We'll be back.

The staff were very personable and friendly. On arrival to our room, the fridge looked like it was leaking and they replaced it right away.

the person next door played video games all Saturday night to Sunday morning and the sound could be heard in our room.

I liked the hotel but the carpets need to be updated. The room was clean and all items seem to work. The room was not large but not small - It would be a little tight to work from there in regards to a week business trip.... I was a great room for a short stay.

The smell of the rooms and lobby - they used some sort of spray in the room that smells like cologne. The one elevator doors did not shut on first try they always seem to take 2 tries to shut (I opted to wait for other elevator after the 2nd ride). The location states it's in Coraopolis, PA - the mailing address maybe that but it's NOT in Coraopolis or Moon Township, it's closer to Robinson Township (or the Robinson Mall) - all other hotels in this area are listed as Pittsburgh. So If I would have realized this, I most likely would not have booked this location. But that is not a reflection of the hotel itself - just a location flaw

No frills place but a true bargain. No breakfast, safe area, room cleaned every day. Most higher end places clean room every 3rd day. Quiet location.

Breakfast would be a big plus.

Location was so close to my work it was very convenient. Everything was clean and had plenty of towels etc. microwave and fridge were also very clean.

The only thing I could have wanted would be a tub, but I wouldn’t call it a real negative.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pet friendly (I travel with caged birds on occasion). The area around the property was quiet. There is an Outback Steakhouse up the street.

Lighting could have been better, air conditioner didn't work and the front door was a little difficult to open and close.

I was skeptical on the price but our family wanted to stay close to airport for our 6 am flight without it costing $200. The front greeter was very nice, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the whole room it’s self was very clean. Even the hallways and lobby.
