your man at your restaurant was very friendly, He was getting ready too count his drawer, I asked for a cookie and coffee,and he happily got it for me. Also one of the ladies behind the desk was very friendly when I asked about places too eat nearby

I did not like the way the room was set up. Most of the time the TV is in front of the bed, this one was off too the side. If I could of pulled the slide the Tv was on out farther it would of been better

The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. It is a 30 min ride to Pitt (in traffic) but quality of hotel is so much better than any other hotel I stayed in around campus, parking is free, and plenty of stores and restaurants around. I will continue staying here for my future visits.

I asked for fresh towels and we never got them - not a big deal and I could have asked again.

Where the hotel was located. And we felt safe.

When I tried to make reservation 3 seperate times online through Marriott it kicked me out Everytime I hit confirm the reservation and I'd go back and try again and price went higher everytime. So I called no one could do anything about it? I even had a teen shots of the prices and date I was trying so they wouldn't think I was lying. So I ended up having to make my reservation through booking.com. I almost just decided not to stay because of this because your web site should not be doing this. My room stated at $111.00 plus tax the last time I got kicked out of the site it was $179.00 plus tax a night. Huge difference.

The place was awesome! Clean, super friendly staff and close to everything we wanted to do. This was my 2nd stay and I hope not my last. I highly recommend it 👌

I have no complaints at all

The rooms were spacious and nice. The staff was friendly when we approached them. The cleaning ladies were awesome. They were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom's were nice and spacious.

The only bad experience was how expensive the snack Hut was. Their little diner is very expensive also. For a scrambled egg.. It was $4.25. This is the only Hotel we've stayed in that didn't offer a complimentary breakfast of some kind. Not a muffin, cereal, orange juice..nothing. If they had something quick and cheaper to eat there it would have been a much better experience. When you travel with children they want to swim as soon as you get there. When my kid's got in the pool.. They had to get right back out because a girl had gotten sick in it. They were disappointed but unfortunately, these thing's aren't in anyone's control.

The booking originally stated free breakfast, the only reason I booked the stay at this location but there was no free Breakfast. I was disappointed but the bistro worker was very pleasant and fast to get the orders out quickly

Location wonderful. Near shopping, dining, and attractions.

The beds were not very comfortable. Woke up sore and not well rested. Also, breakfast was NOT included. A little disappointed about that.

The location was easy to get to. \Not much around the area but 5 minutes down the road there was much.

Just the one way street to get there.

The pool was smaller than the pictures on the website. I also though incorrectly that breakfast was included with the room, but it was not. And the morning breakfast shop was closed anyways. Minor disappointment, but not a big deal.

Very comfortable room, good bed, pillows, bedding, towels and toiletries. Access and parking were easy, lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Sadly, neither the pool nor the bistro were open. It is frustrating that this information does not appear on the Booking.com website nor on the hotel website. These were two things that we were looking for.
