Everything man everything was like so Gucci. Loved all of it mane. Soooo good the view my gosh brothger. Such a good experience. My lord y'all got try this thing mane. For real for real. With everything in me this was El Perfecto. Just great stuff mane. Just fantabulous.

Nothing mane. Absolutely perfect stay my gosh it felt like heaven on earth. Y'all for real gotta try this place like my gooooddddnesss it's da best in the North south east and west.

We liked everything from check in to check out. All of the staff we encountered were exceptional! Our room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't your usual buffet, but a fresh cooked to order meal in the on-site restaurant. The food was delicious! We are a group of 3 "seasoned" adlut ladies who travel together frequently. This was one of the best experiences we've had.

The room was very spacious and more than adequate for the needs of the family. The bathroom and the sleeping quarters had more than enough of the essentials to get us started and keep us through our stay. The staff was super friendly and super helpful from before my sta6 to the time I checked out.

The pool area was open; however, the bathroom area smelled heavily of mold and mildew. The spa area was not dirty in any way, but there were water marks around the walls, a lot of rust on the handicapped access, close to half of the lights did not work in the actual pool area which made it very dark, the seating around the outside of the pool looked very worn and tattered, and the jacuzzi was not operational which I was not informed off at any point.

I like the location and it was quite comfortable.

The elevators were broken both of them come and I have a total knee replacement it was hard climbing four flights upstairs. Once in my room for the evening I didn't go back out so I didn't even enjoy the time for the evening.

Front desk personnal. Two ladies One very thin and one heavier set. When I arrived at the desk I was ignored by the thin girl. When I was acknowledged by the thin girl she was not even courteous or kind.

Hotel was nice , clean and quiet.

The guest services person ,Chad, didn’t know how to fix the price at arrival to match the booking.com price which is who I booked through. It was right before midnight and I was in town for a funeral this weekend. There was some hassle trying to get checked in. I ended up calling booking.com whom was very helpful with contacting the hotel while I was holding. Miraculously, Chad figured it out and got me checked in after a long day or traveling.

The hotel is very clean and updated. The room was nice and large and was able to sleep our 5-person family.

There wasn’t any luggage carts when we checked in or out. They could’ve been in other guests rooms, but it was just a lot to have to carry.

One thing me and my family always struggle with is finding a hotel with a comfortable bed. Wow! was this bed extremely comfy!!!! Room was clean and very spacious!

Only 2 things…. There’s really no water pressure and the room didn’t get as cool as we would’ve liked it to be. Other than that, we will probably stay here every time we come back to Beaufort

The meal itself was fine but the waiter seemed to be a bit overwhelmed and didn’t do as good as I think she could have

Waiter didn’t get the order correct and when asking for other additional it took a long time

The rooms where very nice , clean and smelled fantastic. Very comfortable beds. A very sustainable place to stay. The meals cooked there was very good food. The bar was very nice also. By far one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at.
