King size bed was great. Lighting in room was bright enough. Love the full size fridge with freezer. Room was away from 278 traffic. Staff was very helpful on giving directions on places to go on HHI and Savannah. Lots of hidden stores and restaurants near by within walking distance. For a one day and night stay this was a nice affordable small hotel, that offered early check in. We will be back again to book this hotel.

There was no microwave in room, yet when we booked it says every room has a microwave. The bathtub keep draining out water so no one could take a nice long bath. There was no table to sit and eat,the little office table was were some of us ate. The small love seat couch was not so comfortable. The TV was kinda small and you couldn't angle it anywhere.

Really clean, well kept and have everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Even had a 3ft fridge that I have not seen anywhere. The beds and sheets are clean with no smell. The bathroom is also very clean and everything works properly with good water pressure & shower head, rarely you'll have this in many hotels. Even had a recliner to make you sit comfortably. Their lobby is well stocked with food that you need- coffee, creamer, sugar, donuts, bananas, oranges, chcolates, candies, muffins & many more.

The friendliness of the staff was stunning. They are accommodating and kind. The room was clean, neat and orderly. It exceeded what I've seen at some Hilton properties including Tru. I was pleased to see they have dehumidifiers in the rooms.

The only thing I could say to improve would be stains in the couch. I don't mind, as I understand things happen. Especially in high traffic areas such as a hotel. Some people might be out off by it though.

Room was very clean and had extra amenities in the room like hand sanitizer Clorox wipes, a broom a laundry basket, a bigger mini fridge. The only thing I didn’t like was how hard the bed was the couch they had in the room was super, super soft and comfortable.

I cannot say enough about the Inn and its manager. The Inn has been a great place to stay. We had to extend our stay and the manager handled everything. Will gladly refer the Simple Rewards Inn to others.

The microwave needs to be change. The microwave was very old and full of rust. The bedsheets need new once too. I was so surprised that the pool wasn't open inside the hot sun.

The hotel is located very close to where I was going for outpatient surgery. We ate at a restaurant on the street behind the hotel (right across the street) ~ bar and grill. Portions were generous and the food was delicious. The room was clean and the scent was of recent cleaning, which I love. The two "living room chairs" were a surprise and extra comfortable.

I am allergic to artificial cinnamon in room freshener products. Since that is a personal affliction, my husband went to the office and I held my breath on the elevator the best I could. I did not tell anyone, as I am sure others enjoy it. It gives me a sore throat and sinus issues, which I did not want to have prior to surgery. All went well.

So clean! Everything you could need is provided. Excellent room for the price. Highly recommend.

Decor is a bit dated but everything was so clean that I didn’t mind.

The AC had an excellent, continuous fan and it hid the traffic noise of the busy street of this location, along with the dehumidifier "white noise." Comfortable bed, nice linens, nice towels. Nice table and office chair for desk, eating. Would prefer to have coffee maker in the room; lobby coffee only unless you bring your own instant for microwaved water. My room was very large with 1 queen bed and a large couch. Excellent shower. I felt very safe.

Dehumidifier in the room - I've never had a hotel room with a dehumidifier in it . . . it was positive "white noise" however, and did take care of the humidity issue, even though I had to empty the container 2-3 times daily. Refrigerator was too small and too low to the ground - should have been a larger capacity and taller for normal use. No breakfast. No pool, claiming "Covid restrictions" in 2023!
