The shuttle to the beach. The gentleman was very kind. Informative. The food at the pool was decent and reasonably priced

I was told there was 2 spots outside my unit for parking. It’s a free for all you have to find a spot. My unit had a screen door off the track and just needed updating. Beds we’re comfortable. Also the person at the main office asked me if my husband was joining me or if I had any couples so they could talk to us about a time share. When I told her I was there with my 3 daughters she showed no interest. I am a professional and independent. I thought that was out of line.

The property was nice. The room was spacious. The pool was great. Everything on the property was within walking distance. There was a shuttle to the beach provided. This was very convenient. Drissen Beach was less than a 5 minute ride.

There was evidence of the last visitors left in the room. We found sunflower seeds and plastic wrappers on the floor. There are no hotels located on the beach therefore, there were no poolside bars to get food or drinks. Make sure you pack a small cooler. I am glad we brought a cooler.

Use of the pool was very handy and the pool was nice. The staff was not pushy. The beds were very comfortable. The resort location was very good, with easy access to beaches, stores, restaurants and getting off island. It is also in a quieter location on the island.

There was nothing that would make me/us question returning to the facility in the future. One thing to point out was that the shower stall surround in unit number 127 could use some attention, as the door should be better aligned to seal better and the curb at the door should be cleaned better on the outside of the door (due to water leaking through the frame).

We were having a family reunion with our kids and grandkids. The rooms worked out perfect and the kids used the open area with the tables and sandboxes to play in a lot. We loved the pool and the shuttle. I want to give special praise to Jessika Chaney who patiently answered all of our questions before and after and helped to make this such a great time.

While we were there, a baby from another unit stopped breathing. Our daughter and son-in-law are cardiac nurses and ran over to help revive him. They sent someone to the office for an AEC/defibrillator but none was found. Both of the nurses felt that with the number of people at the resort, the pool and the fitness center, there should be an AED available. I might also mention that only two BBQ's worked so there was a line to use them at times, All in all, however it was a great vacation spot!

Very clean and spacious and well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pools and grounds are very well maintained. Air conditioning worked great. Cathedral ceilings and decor are spot on. Room for everyone. I will stay here again.

The clubhouse staff don’t seem to understand their role. If I report a shower door that is off its track, it is NOT the guest’s job to contact maintenance. Ummm, that is YOUR job. Does Hertz make you take a car for an oil change when you rent it? I think not. Also, I wanted to rent bikes and the clubhouse staff should’ve said, “Sure, let me call for you and set it up.”. I can look up the phone number myself. How does that help me??Really? Nice people all, but improvement needs to be made in the customer service department. Also, no interest whatsoever in buying a time share, but the Time Share Lady did not pressure us.

clean villa, furniture dated. kitchen/master bath was very nice. can save time and money having all meals at your location. we had three bedrooms but could sleep 10. had a balcony overlooking the pool area. pool was great and has an area for small kids to wade in. property has many actives each day. also gas grill to use, tennis, golf, horseshoes, shuffleboard, rentals for wagons and beach chairs. alligator in lagoon. within two miles of many grocery stores. could do trip without a car if you fly into Hilton Head and Uber/lift/taxi/trolly. Driessen beach had best parking. Coligny shopping area for tourist shops/beach.

far from a beach. there are shuttles but they only run til 5 or 5:30. city does have a free trolly that runs the length of the main road. beaches aren’t as pretty as Florida

The location was amazing. Not too close to the action, so that you feel overwhelmed or are distributed by crowds but close enough so that you are only moments from everything. We are a family is 6, so the large 3 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa was amazingly comfortable. The unit we had was very large. We were comfortable and enjoyed everything. The staff are so friendly.

We felt that the unit could have been dusted better. There was surface dust on the lamps and lighting fixtures as well as the ceiling fans.

The pools are awesome, condo is clean and well appointed, staff very friendly, and convenience to everything. We come every year for my birthday and it never disappoints.

Toilets didn't flush well which was a bit of a challenge but that's all we had an issue with. Parking can be a little tricky and finally the steps were a little slippery.

I loved everything about this resort! The landscaping, the layout of the buildings, ample parking! My 3 bedroom villa was luxurious, with beautifully decorated rooms including a jacuzzi tub, large kitchen with all of the amenities one could hope for…even a washer and dryer! The staff was exceptional! Keith and Stephene (the manager) were gracious and accommodating at the reception/check-in, Kate at concierge was a font of knowledge and so helpful and Gaston the charming shuttle bus driver kept me laughing throughout our sojourn to and from the private beach! A special shout out to Stephene who really went out of her way to make a sister feel right at home! I’m definitely returning to the Island Links Resort!

The pools were fantastic and an easy walk from condos. The locations was great. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The trash shoots need to be emptied more frequently as they were to full to use whenever we tried. Also a mirror needs to be in the 3rd bedroom in the 3 bedroom condos.
