Hampton Inn Hilton Head

It was close to the family members that we went to visit. My wife and I enjoyed lounging at, and swimming in the pool.. The staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and professional. The coffee and waffles were good too!

My wife's socks became very soiled from walking around the room, and we were only there for a one night stay, this means that the carpet was very dirty. There was paint on one of the walls in the shower, it peeled right off, this means that the shower wasn't cleaned before our stay, if it had been, the paint would have been removed by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast-(which is not complimentary @ $225 a night), the eggs tasted fake, like they might possibly be dehydrated, and the sausage was pretty gross,, but the coffee and waffles were good..

Staff professionals, helpful, concerned about my needs when I accidentally left my purse in the room after checkout.

- I received no notification/call of my item found in room after checkout … I was still in area 3hrs after checkout - desk clerk informed me that it could be mailed but would have to contact manager, manager was not available next day and purse could not be mailed until possibly 2 days later… I reside in GA 2-3hrs away.

The Hampton Inn was conveniently located and at a great value.The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Keep everything full and hot! Had tea and cookies provided late afternoon upon or arrival and water is always a welcome jester upon check-in.

The room did have an odor that the front desk gave us some lysol to help! It did seem to be a heavy cleaner or something of that nature. The parking lot had plums or something that fall on the car and make a mess....don't know what u can do about that.

Easy to access location. Breakfast was good. The bed I slept in was a little firm. Perfect for me...thats how I like it, but my wife wasnt as excited since she prefers cushiony. My daughter left/dropped her Air Pods as we were leaving and didn't realize it for an hour or two after checking out. She called the hotel and had them at the desk. Since we werestill in town we were able to easily go back to pick them up.-Good, helpful staff.

Some of the woodwork outside(pool area) looked a bit weathered, but wasn't that bad.

We were glad to find a clean place for a very last minute stay. Very friendly woman checked us in and made us feel welcome when we were exhausted and just ready to rest.

Beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but not terrible. Water pressure was not the best but it did the job, definitely happy for hot water.

I mainly like the location and value for my money.

My only issue was the plumbing. The water in the tub from our showers did not drain quickly which caused the tub to have some flooding. A plunger, drano, or having a plumber come out would have been helpful. Everything else was great!

The staff was great. The service was great. The breakfast that was included was good. The location and the surrounding area were great. Parking was good. Easy to check in and check out.

The room wasn't as roomy as I thought it was, a little cramp for 4 people.

Nice pool, good location, comfortable room.

Could have used more wash cloths (only had 2 for 2 adults- could have used more). TV kept going on and off of the cable - (connection problem?). could have used more trash cans (only 2 small) and extra lamp. Staff was friendly. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Overall, nice time spent here.

Staff was great! Hotel was squeaky clean. Breakfast was yummy!

Our A/C broke last night and we had to take a journey at 1am to a new room, but it was so hot and ACs break so we took it in stride. Everyone was so nice.

Front desk person was friendly and accommodating. Very quiet room and location. We liked how the motel sits back away from the busy road, the beautiful oaks with moss and the view of the marsh area. We enjoyed sitting on the bench watching bird activity in the marsh. The breakfast buffet was very good. We liked the Western omelet, sausage and potatoes. It was all wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we did not like.
