While the staff was professional and friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable, it was disconcerting to be informed (after arriving) that parking the car would cost an additional (approximately) 20%. This forced me to park the car elsewhere and get a ride to the hotel (to avoid paying <$30 for parking).

Came over for the 3 Zach Bryan shows at the BOK Centre so the location was perfect, the room was excellent as were the staff and Breakfast, will have no hesitation in coming back and recommending to anyone, many thanks. Regards, Paul.

this absurd rule that housecleaning only comes after the fourth night knowing that most people aren’t staying four nights - rooms had towels lined up outside their doors and food as well- seemed like a cheap motel - couples may want to get intimate with each other but housekeeping only comes every four nights - sad and disappointing- I asked for an extra blanket- I received one that had been cleaned but clearly had a HUGE stain on it - yikes

Good sized room and close to BOK Center.

Restroom was small and cramped. Shower drained very slowly.

The staff was very nice and very helpful all hours!!

Smelling pot when walking in the door and the elevators where very slow in garage.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great and the gentleman driving the shuttle was amazing.

We had one of the cleaning staff try to come in our room at 8:30 in the morning unannounced. I was getting ready to get in the shower and it was definitely a shock to me.

Enjoy the location, the bar/restaurant is a nice place to relax. The beds are very comfortable. Felt safe.

Only real issue was just the cramped bathroom, the toilet and shower are stuffed into a room the size of a closet and the door swings in so it makes it a little awkward. Other than that no complaints.

The mobile check-in was nice because we were there for a concert, and there were a ton of people checking in at the same time that were also there for the concert.

The elevator in the parking garage was not working, so having to walk up and down from the top level of the parking garage was not great.

Very nice location -The best part was Eddie the door man. He made sure we and other guests got to the venue across the street in time. The Cox Center had locked the doors directly across the street and it was to far for my 83 year old mom and others to walk. He was a true GEM.

The front desk was welcoming. The cookies were a nice touch. The breakfast area was good.

During our stay there seemed to be a fire or something. The hallway smelled of smoke bad. It did reach inside the room. What I didn’t like was that there was no communication to us as to what was happening.
