The location was good and night staff was great. I was sad that the hot chocolate container was empty so kids couldn’t get that while I had coffee. No one at the front desk to ask about refilling it.

Elevator was extremely slow and the other one was broken. There was no parking when we arrived back to the hotel around 12:30am. People were parked in the fire lanes. Breakfast was good, but we got there an hour before it closed and nothing was left. Utensils were out, pancake batter was out, juices in machine were out and after asking the person at front desk about it since no one else was around, she told us that they would refill the things shortly, but nothing was refilled until about 10 mins before breakfast ended.

Friendly staff, well located. We were able to walk to all of the eating establishments.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and great price. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was very convenient for us and what we had planned on our quick trip. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and just what we needed before heading back home on our long drive!! Really liked all the little “conversation seating” just outside the dining/breakfast area where we could eat, drink coffee, and have a little more quiet conversations before we went or separate ways. Also loved this hotel was dog friendly and had a dog station with treats, water, poop bags, etc. We didn’t bring our dogs but good to know we could if we needed.

I like everything in this hotel. Looks modern.very clean.easy check in.pet friendly but room are so clean and smells good.breakfast awesome! Lobby is very comfy and good ambiance good to relax with family they even have boardgames to play with. I highly recommend this hotel esp those with kids.very close to six flags.lots of restaurants and even in and out burger infront of the hotel.Very awesome hotel.i will come back definitely. Come check in here.no regrets!

Early checkin was held hostage for a menial upcharge, then when accommodated a down sized tiny awful room was provided. Our reservation was for a room with a sofa, did not materialize even the next day because the one that held us hostage for the upcharge for a check in at 2.30 probably gave it to someone else. Early check in was requested on the reservation and so was used against us.... sad really sad. Not going to make any loyal customers with that type of treatment.

Early check in requested was weaponized against us to try and upcharge us. Room was down graded for a check in at 2.30 in the afternoon when check out is at 11.00 speaks volumes for mismanagement of the premises.

The room was decently sized for the 4 of us. The bathroom was neat and clean. The parking had adequate slots available for the guests and provided a secure place for our car

The air conditioning was noisy and kept alternating between making the room either too cold or too hot. Perhaps a better air-conditioning system is required in the rooms. Also, the breakfast area felt a little crowded on some days. Maybe, you could look at expanding the area a little more. Also, not a big deal breaker but we missed having tea in our room and breakfast offerings :-)

Jeremy was very helpful the second night my family had to stay there and made it super easy for more family to book another room. We all loved the breakfast and that there was a variety change the second morning.

Rooms I believe just need a little renovation, especially the bathrooms. There was a certain smell that lingered in our bathroom, that wasn’t too horrible to complain about to the staff on site. The tubs need re-caulking if not replaced.

The location is great and the staff was absolutely amazing! They also give you an awesome welcome bag with water and snacks! The breakfast was free and delicious, a lot of variety

The parking was a bit of a hassle as it was full so we had to squeeze into a spot that was surrounded with ants. There was also only 1 working elevator that took forever to move up and down the 4 floors

Nice property and amenities. Good breakfast bar, coffee always available. Room was clean and had nice pillows and adequate blankets. Would definitely stay again.

Only thing was some of the carpet was thin in front of the bathroom door in our room and the carpet tack strip poked into my foot. They probably need to replace that
