Where to start!? Leslie is simply an amazing host who made us feel exceptionally welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was impeccably clean, offering a true home-away-from-home experience. Its quirky and unique decor added a charming touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The decor throughout the space was warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a generously sized shower. Leslie thoughtfully provided a variety of soaps, shampoos, and shower gels, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will be back!!

This was our second stay at Melorne Farm after a one night stopover last year. We booked in for two nights this time and once again Lesley and Paul were exceptional hosts. We all (family of four) love this place. So welcoming that it feels like home from home. It is brilliantly located for great days out (we went to Port Isaac, Padstow and Rock this time) and our breakfasts and afternoon tea were delicious. Every little detail was thought about to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Thank you too for remembering my birthday - such a lovely kind gesture. ❤️

Lesley is taking super care of her guests. She has amazing recommendations about the places to visit, restaurants and hidden gems. She even invited me to go with her and her friend to St Nectans Glen and the Minster church. If you are more into spiritual things, she is a great source of information. She always goes an extra mile, taking care that you're always feeling well and comfortable at her place. My room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. I will definitely come back.

I should have stayed longer. 😀

1. Breakfast was traditional English breakfast. Both quantity & quality were good enough! 2. Kids loved it because it was a caravan type accomodation. - they provided children's toys and other things which showed consideration for family travellers - Kids keep saying they loved the front yard play ground 3. People were very kind & mamde us feel comfortable.

1. As checked in my wife found dead spiders and insects(it's normally okay for men though) and was negative as the caravan type lodge looks old. however, kids were so happy with it so wife became very positive finally says it was good choice to stay in. 2. it was windy & rainy day so we could feel the building shaking & there was a little bit of loud sound of raindrops.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of July. Lesley and Paul are such lovely people and we're very welcoming., chatted lots with us and gave us lots of recommendations of where to go and what to see . We would particularly recommend going to Tintagel Castle and doing the sealife safari in Padstow . Also the food at Puccelli in Padstow was delicious The guesthouse is beautifully furnished throughout, such character and so lovely to stay in . Every time we went back after venturing out, we spotted something we hadn't noticed within the furniture/decor etc. The guesthouse is situated perfectly for visiting lots of different places and we had a lovely view from our room. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us every day by Paul and was delicious. We ordered our breakfast by filling in a breakfast form the night before and leaving it in a holder on the outside of our door the night before. We stayed in the room with a four poster bed and ensuite . It was spotlessly clean , comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. It was a little bit of luxury and we really enjoyed chilling out in there . There is a big TV on the wall in the room which had access to netflix/prime etc so you could always find something to watch . We felt thoroughly looked after and will definitely return at some point in the future .

Friendly hosts who were only too pleased to accommodate our every need, nothing was too much trouble, we enjoyed our whole stay at Melorne Farm Guest house, ultra clean and tidy at all times and working like troopers to make sure our whole stay was always pleasant, can't rate this place and hosts highly enough.

No complaints here, absolutely nothing to dislike.

Lesley and Paul were wonderful hosts, friendly, and very helpful. Had a few lovely chats with Lesley at breakfast time. From the time I stepped into their wonderful guest house, I felt at home. I was shown up to my room and the bathroom. Lesley told me all that I needed to know. The bedroom was very luxurious, beautifully decorated, lovely bed linen and towels and plenty of tea, coffee, etc. The bathroom was lovely and clean and very big with nice hot water. The setting for breakfast was wonderful, and the menu was amazing . Melorne was also near to Tintagel and many other wonderful things to do and see. All in all, I loved this wonderful guest house and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here. The welcome from Lesley and Paul - incredibly friendly, informative and they couldn’t do enough for you. The stories they had to tell were fascinating. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was superb. Would definitely love to go back and stay here again. Thinking of looking at renting the mobile home which they have in their large garden next year.

Nothing it was all perfect.

Absolutely spotlessly clean, a better standard of cleaning than any other hotel, villa or guest house I've ever stayed in. A lovely bath as well as a shower and lots of bath products provided. Fresh waffle dressing gowns provided for our use. Comfy bed. Amazing freshly cooked breakfasts and loads of variety of cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad etc.

The only tiny thing I'd ask to change if I stay here again is to have the plug-in air freshener removed before we arrive as we found it very strong smelling. Other than that it was absolutely perfect, could not have been better!

Paul and Leslie were generous and friendly hosts, always available to answer questions and give recommendations for the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed Paul's breakfasts, Leslie's sharing of the history of the area, as well as the luxurious room we stayed in. Coffee and tea were available throughout the day as were several different types of fruit. We definitely appreciated the comfortable bed to sleep in, and the fast wifi that enabled me to get a bit of work done. Their home is centrally located, allowing easy visits to several different towns, beaches, and villages.
