Close to the motorway when travelling onwards the next day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our 2 dogs are welcome. Staff are polite and friendly. There are restaurants nearby and a supermarket within walking distance.

The picnic bench with a bin store very close by and a bin right next to it. The smell was ok but I'm sure if it was warmer it could be unpleasant. Perhaps a designated dog bin away from the picnic benches - or one clearly advertised - would be more pleasant for outside diners.

Location was perfect just off the péage. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Manager especially who was very friendly and gave me a free coffee when I asked for change for a note for the drinks machine. Very clean bedding and room.

The top bunk was a little tricky to manoeuvre on and off. It was very sturdy with no creaks but the wooden surround was a little high. This is presumably to ensure safety for children. Maybe shouldn't be still doing this sort of thing at nearly 63!

Great value stay. The room was compact but very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. TV in the room and wifi was good. Plenty of parking for customers. We received a very warm welcome from the young man at reception. Very helpful. Our dog was happy to stay too! Location was good for us as we were travelling up from South of France heading to Eurostar so wanted to stay somewhere where we could get up and get straight onto the road for the train... it could not have been better located.

The receptionists were outstanding. I checked into the hotel whilst my wife stayed in the car. She had injured her leg a couple of days before our travel. When we both came back into the hotel Zaihab and Sylvie noticed my wife having difficulty walking and suggested a different room for us closer to the entrance. We did not ask for this, it was just the concern showed by Zaihab and Sylvie. VERY IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were allocated a large bedroom with large en suite wet room. Very comfy bed. All very clean. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast good. Two excellent restaurants across the road. Easy to find hotel off the autoroute but leave the alley part of the address off your sat nav, just the main road. Secure, fenced car park.

Perhaps some of the hotel could do with a face lift but don’t be put off. The staff more than compensate.

Budget hotel used before catching Le Shuttle. The room for 3 of us was pretty good for the price which was very reasonable. There is no air con so it's a little warm but again, it is a budget hotel. There was a double bed with a bunk above, powerful shower and clean bathroom. The check in is digital but there was a friendly man at reception when we did get in.

Air con in the rooms would have been my only want.

I asked for clarification of location and the reply I received was excellent. I asked for a downstairs room, because I had 2 cats and a large cage and was told, due to renovation, that was not possible but a 1st floor room, next to the lift (elevator), was available so solved the problem. This is how problems tuned into solutions should be handled. I cannot find the lady’s name who helped me but she was excellent. 100% perfect. I would definitely visit again.

Rooms are small but very clean and everything you need. Great location for travel, was a few minutes to get back on the motorway in the morning, there are great pet friendly restaurants opposite and discount vouchers were given on arrival for them. It has several electric fast chargers in car park so an added bonus when travelling electric. Will definitely use again as a regular route of travel for us.

Location for travelling to Eurotunnel the next day. Great parking. Friendly reception staff. Excellent price.

The only negative was that there were some permanent brown stains on the sink and shower tray. It looked like paint stains or blood stains. Ideally both pieces of sanitary wear should be replaced. It was a little off-putting s the rest of the room was fine.

The couple who run it are charming. Breakfast is varied and fresh. The room is basic but comfortable. Very easy access from the motorway. 2 good restaurants within walking distance. I always stay here on my way through France. Suits me completely. Also facilities are up to date and the check in codes work which is helpful.

If anything the rooms are quite congested. A,simpler layout would help The same for the ensuite. Tight on space. Do NOT like paper cups for water not glass. Same for breakfast. Where are the china cups? This is NOT a good look.

We had a very pleasant 1 night stay in this Ibis. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and check-in was very straightforward. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a very nice restaurant across the road (Comptoir du Malt) which provided excellent food and value for money when dining with young children. The breakfast at the Ibis was lovely-great fresh croissants and plenty of choice. Would stay here again.

It isn’t the most attractive location being in a business park but it was quiet and felt safe.
