Well designed, attractive décor, lovely 'library' space. helpful and friendly staff. Peaceful location, quiet at night. Luckily, we were able to book a room at short notice, as the original hotel we had booked quite nearby was absolutely horrible (a Campanile).

the facilities were very good but we were surprised that they didn't provide a proper restaurant facility in the evening. The staff were honest (thanks) that the food in the evening was just pre-packed stuff that would be stuck in a microwave and we had to go out to get decent food. They obviously have kitchen facilities, so they would be able to provide decent food themselves. Surely this would make them more profit, perhaps lack of staff was the issue?

Spa was great: sauna, sensorial shower, hammam and a very good jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our spa time daily included in the room rate. Breakfast was excellent with bacon eggs beans every day. A good bar with outside area open til 1am.

There isn’t a restaurant but simple food is available and not much in the immediate area on foot so if you want dinner you may need to plan for it.

Exceptional hotel facilities and staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs after a long day on the road after Normandy. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. A much needed rest after 3 days on the road, before returning to the UK. I have stayed at Best Western before and I truly do feel that their quality is above and beyond. Thank you!

The hotel was perfect for my purposes. I had my car with me so parking was free and plentiful. The staff are young, bright and very helpful. The room was all good. I did not use the SPA facilities though many people did. The breakfast was perfect, just the way I like it with plenty of fruit, yoghurt, bread, cold meat, cheeses and a selection of hot food options.

The hotel lives up to expectations in every way.

We booked 2 rooms are there were 3 of us, and as per my request, the rooms were next door to each other. Both rooms were very comfortable, with much thought put into them. A little small, but that was not an issue as every other box was ticked! Lovely big bathroom with fantastic shower. The staff are charming and very helpful. Breakfast was good - lots of choice - from hot food, to pastries, fruit and yogurt, cold meats and cheese. We didn't take advantage of the spa facilities as we didn't have the time.

New, clean, modern hotel. Comfortable bed, good shower, love Nuxe products in the room. We got upgraded to a bigger room after the A/C in the original room has stopped working multiple times. Plenty of free parking space.

Breakfast could’ve been better. I was checking in on my birthday, but none of the staff wished me a happy birthday, although in other 4-star hotels I would hear some kind words or often have a little surprise in the room, like a box of chocolates or a small bottle of wine.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive. The bed was very comfort and bathroom well appointed. breakfast was good with a range of quality items.

there were only two minor points: evening dinner was prepared off-site and reheated - we did not bother; the other point was the lack of chairs in the bedroom.

The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was great. We really enjoyed the sensory shower in the wellness area. The breakfast was delicious. it was easy to park and no extra cost.

The dinner option was good to be served late into the evening but it was just a microwave reheated meal that was very unappetizing but still very expensive. avoid eating there if you can. The hotel is out of the way for restaurants and activities.

Breakfast was good, room was excellent. The restaurant food in the evening was not freshly prepared but this was explained by reception at the time and their honesty was appreciated. Nice surroundings and very convenient to the motorway network and Rouen Centre.

We were very happy with everything. No complaints whatsoever.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are insulated very well, no traffic noise or disturbance from adjoining rooms etc. A very comfortable bed and everywhere was cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was good although would have liked to see French baguettes rather than sliced bread & rolls which were a little hard!

Lack of decent restaurants without travelling some distance. We tried La Cantina Italian, unfortunately the main courses were cold & stodgy. We were unlucky as I believe people have had good experiences there. Ended up eating a takeaway burger wrap from the restaurant directly behind the hotel.
