We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and we keep coming back. The rooms are a reasonable size with good facilities, the restaurant is very good and they allow dogs. There is also a separate entrance that bypasses reception which is practical for taking luggage in and out. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only disappointent is that the restaurant is closed at the weekend but that is typical of hotels in the area.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Decent shower. Tea/coffee facilities in room - ages since we stayed in a motel with this perk! Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast spread.

Restaurant not open on Sunday night and nothing open in the immediate area apart from Burger King in supermarket carpark next door. Little effort to make carpark secure.

The location was helpful for an overnight stay - close to the motorway. I liked the restaurant in the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the en suite a good size. I liked the large and fluffy towels.

The choice of cereals was a bit limited. The brand of coffee in the machine could have been better. Not much to dislike really.

We stayed for one night. The receptionist was very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a big emphasis on being eco friendly throughout the hotel which was nice. It was no problem to bring our 2 dogs, €5 a night each. Grassy area out the front to walk them was a bonus. Didn't have any food so can't comment on that. WiFi was fast. Good value for money on the outskirts of Rouen.

Was surprised had kettle in room vety welcome. Nice size room very comfortable. Receptionist very welcoming and helpful. Had a wonderful meal in restaurant and slept well.

Could not find hotel there is no actual address on booking.com info. Forunately after showing a French lady our booking form no english us not much french she pointed to side of hotel which actually was in sight but no signage in view if Carrefour car park which is where sat nav took us.

It felt like a countryside hotel with the front garden wildflowers & the outside patio Staff were very friendly and helpful Restaurant food was delicious Bed was huge & really comfortable Shutters kept the light out Pets allowed

Simple, inexpensive - 2 hours driving either side of channel, early start and some queueing so perfect for an early stop and a sleep before a nice meal in house and early night ready for long drive next day. Clean comfy and good value. Supper and breakfast both very good. Wish we'd had time to take bus into Rouen from trust a few steps away.

Carrying cases up stairs, but we knew no lift and took only small overnight wheeled cases.

Location is not in the city Center which suited us very much. Staff very friendly, and reasonably english-spoken. Rooms were very good, service good, dinner for our taste excellent. All in all we had a very good stay!

Not a lot to mention except that the breakfast was relatively basic. Choices could be more but I understand that this was due to some quiet time for the hotel during summer holidays.

The location seems to be a long way out from Rouen center,am sure that it's on a bus route but didn't check.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice with automatic roll down shutter on the window. The bed was comfortable, nice and firm. It could be a little noisy when other guests were getting back. Only stayed for one night but all in all, quite acceptable.
