Large and comfortable rooms. New and very clean

I paid much more than what I thought I would. I am not sure what went wrong with Booking but I would have never booked it if I knew the price for one night was more than 850 euros. I was traveling alone and somehow my booking was for a king room and for two adults and one kid!

The room is exceptionally spacious, especially, for New York. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is an "L" shape with a large counter/shelf space which was so nice. The window treatments were phenomenal with motorized blackout shades and sheets. The windows face a lot of office buildings but also provided lots of light. The floors were a lovely laminate faux wood and the lighting and bathroom were lovely. Truly, a beautiful space for our four days in NYC. There are also phenomenal deli's and restaurants just steps away.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is no room servicing - trash, towels, kleenex & coffee pod replenishing, unless you ask. When we asked, staff was very prompt, gracious and accommodating. It's just that coffee pods run out in two days ad the trash from carry-out accumulates and we did not want any smells. Seems like foe $500+/night, light room servicing of trash and supplies coukd be done. But, again, upon request, they are lovely. Also, bathroom fan stopped working and was not fixed although we reported it.

This hotel to me was the perfect choice for a one-week-stay to explore New York City. Right at the pulse of Midtown Manhatten with a central subway station two blocks away, I was given all the comfort I needed. Customer care at the front desk, friendly smiles, free beverages, clean, tidy and modern interior, technically fully up-to-date. Fully recommend and will return there the next time for sure!

There actually was nothing at all that could have bothered me. Of course some things work different than expected, but in general I don’t think that any other hotel could have provided a better place to enjoy my vacation and serve me with all the conveniences I needed in a city that never sleeps.

Fantastic location with the Rockefeller less that 3-4 mins walk away and Grand Central 5 mins away. Empire State, Times Square and Central Park are 10-15 mins away. It's in the middle of everything but on a slightly quieter street so ticks all boxes. Rooms are big for NYC incredibly comfortable and really well equipped. The thing that really makes this hotel a 10/10 is the staff. Amazingly friendly people. They learn your names, give loads of great tips and are always there to help. When we checked out we didn't even have to ask for baggage storage and a taxi, they knew what we needed and gave estimates on journey times on a Friday at 315pm and sorted it all for us. It's a great base for any New York holiday/adventure. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing. We didn't have a single complaint. If we needed anything we could speak to the team or simply order it through the TV.

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

Very good location. Few minutes walk from Grand Central station. All attractions are close by as well. Facility is very new. Rooms are very well equipped. Bathroom is spacious. Gym is small but good enough for basic training and some cardio.

No bar. No restaurant. No pool. Wi-Fi was on and of sometimes. No breakfast option. Mini bar is empty (only water). Price is very high but comparable to most of better hotels in the area.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Our room had a wall of windows and an electronic system for raising and lowering the shades and blinds! Gorgeous bathroom with heated toilet seat, not kidding!

While very attractive, all the chairs and the chaise in our room were not comfortable, alas.

The hotel is very modern, clean and the staff is really friendly! The location is amazing and the rooms are quite spacious. Definitely if we visit NYC again we would stay again with them!

There are some issues when you go to sleep and put the head on the pillow that there is a continuous buzzing that might get you on your nerves. It seems like there is something with the electricity on the room 2005. Also inside the shower the drain usually smells bad even though they came and clean it, it kept smelling bad.

The hotel was in a perfect location, right beside alot of the main tourist attractions and if you like walking you can do alot of them on foot. Staff were very friendly and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was great. Hotel was very clean, beds were super comfortable and bathroom had great facilities with nice big shower.

It is not a given your room is cleaned everyday. We had to request our room was cleaned outside the scheduled times but this was not a problem. There was no room service, restaurant or bar so I'd flying in late make sure your prepared for this..
