My girls at the desk are the best. I’ve been coming often so they have learned my name. They give you no hassle about asking for extra toiletries or blankets. Never have a attitude. They always make me feel welcome. Oh and the cookies are amazing!!!! I also like the convient parking with door access. Some hotels make it so your key stops at a certain hour of the night so you can only get in the main door, not here if your a guest you can park by any door. Very convienent. The rooms were clean, and the front desk people were great. The location of the hotel made it easy to find. The water pressure in the shower was okay.

The pool was supposed to be "heated," but my 3 year old wouldn't even get in it cause it was too cold. When booking, it doesn't say anything about the $25 damage deposit. The beds were uncomfortable. My mom got stuck in the bed due to her having a messed up back. The pool and hot tub looked slimy. Don't get me started on all the stink bugs that we had to kill

Our room and the property was clean. The lady that handles the breakfast was on top of everything, she did an excellent job and was very friendly. The entire staff I encountered was extremely friendly.

The pool and hot tub was a little dirty and very busy, but that’s what happens when you have lots of people using them, and it was crowded, too crowded for us, we only used it for about 30 minutes. There were several small kid birthday parties or something I am guessing, but we had a good time anyway.

The room was large enough for my family. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. The breakfast was large enough and offered all kinds of treats. Coffee all day. The staff was great always treating us like family. Always going above their job to make us feel welcomed.

After driving 10 hours and wanting to enjoy our vacation. The locals having childrens birthday parties and running screaming squealing drunk people. Their is no walking and talking its run and scream. The locals are trashing this hotel. If the owners actually cared about their hotel they wouldnt rent to locals. The locals ruined our trip from the way they acted in a civilaized hotel. And the staff tried to contain it but the locals didnt care saying "if we get kicked out i can go home" to us out of towners. The locals ruined our family get away trip from the way they treated us!

The room was great. It was very clean, and the bedding was super soft! We enjoyed having a jacuzzi in our bedroom. This is one of the only hotels in the area that has rooms that have an in-room jacuzzi. There are a lot of great restaurants that are not too expensive within 10-15 minutes of the hotel. We like coming here for a kid-free evening because of this! This hotel is perfect for a 'staycation'!

The eggs in the breakfast area did not taste very good. They tasted like there was way too much milk in them. All in all, though, we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back the next time we can find someone to babysit our children overnight.

To answer your question about the free breakfast, I choose to sleep in a little and then take my 2 grandkids down to the pool so didn’t make it to breakfast on time. They definitely wanted swimming over breakfast!

This didn’t bother or affect me, but in our—very nice—room, 223, your tub had a small but steady drizzle of water that might be costing the hotel money, so you might want to have that looked at. It was a very nice bathroom, though!

Very nice facility with exceptional staff. The breakfast options were plentiful. We've stayed here several times - they've earned our repeat business. There are a number of restaurants nearby.

This was the first time we stayed on the side facing the highway on the upper floor. The traffic noise was noticable at various points through the night. We've not heard the traffic on the lower floors. It wasn't bad enough to avoid this hotel in the future. We stayed here again a few weeks later! If you're a light sleeper, just request a room opposite the highway.

Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. We've stayed here several times and plan to continue.

All was fine with our stay but I forgot to mention at checkout that the hose for the shower head has a small split so water squirts out. It's not obvious so the cleaning staff wouldn't notice unless they ran the shower. We stayed in the handicap room on the first floor. I think the room number was 132.

Breakfast was good. They have cooked eggs and bacon/ham for mornings then ofc your standard cereals with fresh milk and waffle makers. Staff were kind and helpful. They do have a “Inn Market” sodas and water are $2.00 they have microwave meals and chips and all that available too. Very close to good food and etc as well. We booked two separate rooms, and both are great with being cleaned and etc. the pricing for the rooms even after Taxes were great as well. They do book fast so be warned for that.

When I was checking out my hotel room, the door randomly opened and what I think was the Housekeeper tried coming in. I was nervous and a bit irritated after that. I have an almost 3 month old baby boy and myself in that room so that was scary. Also when you book you will be REQUIRED to put down $50 for a security deposit basically to make sure you don’t cause damages and if you do they won’t return that $50. Otherwise things were cleaned and great.

We really liked all of the physical upgrades, both in the common areas and in the rooms. Very nice. This is our favorite stop every time in our trips to the mid-west. The staff was so nice as always. keep up the great work.

We have stayed at this location many times and this was the first time we would rate the breakfast as poor. Little to no fresh fruit, the meat was not cooked well, the coffee was not great. The facility was fine, but this service was poorly managed.
