Staybridge Suites Toledo - Rossford - Perrysburg, an IHG Hotel

Overall, the stay was a good one. Nice amenities, and the location was perfect for all the different places we visited while in Toledo. There is plenty of handicap parking, too.

Days prior to arriving, we modified our stay with the hotel front desk, but they had no record of it when we arrived. Found what we assumed was pet hair in our bed on check-in. We were moved to a different room. Halfway thru our stay, we were told that they did not have a reservation for us for the remainder of our stay, but the manager worked with us to correct it. The hotel was understaffed for proper cleaning. Our room was only cleaned once during our 10-day stay.

Staff was very friendly. Due to our furnace going out Christmas Eve we found this hotel to have a last minute family Christmas at. Size of the room and not having that hotel room feel turned a very stressful situation into a very memorable one! The price was very reasonable too given what all was included with a 2 bedroom suite!

It would be nice if there was a bigger garbage can for the kitchen area, especially the 2 bedroom suite ones. we brought extra garbage bags with us so it wasn’t a huge deal. We just put one of those in the kitchen.

I loved the fact that the three of us were able to stay in the same room. Especially since I required a walker and my dad needed assistance. It was the ideal room for us.

I didn't like the rude manner in which we were greeted and told that we did not have the room that I booked online with booking.com. Mind you, we had just been in a car for 7 1/2 hrs. The worst thing was that the party who booked the room after we hadn't even checked in yet. But we were told this message came from the GM, take it or leave. What an embarrassment. We were even offered a king bed for the three of us to sleep in. I will NEVER return to this hotel. No one in my family will stay there. We have a large family and will spread the word!

The property was exceptionally clean, the room itself was soo spacious, and comfortable. It accommodated all of my families needs for two days due to our power being out. The staff were amazing. Each person i crossed paths with or needed help from helped me in a very genuine way and that made me feel comfortable. We got a chance to utilize the pool that was awesome and they serve great breakfast!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and beautifully appointed. I wish we'd been able to stay longer and use more of the kitchenette in our suite because it was perfect!

I was bummed there wasn't a hot tub but the pool area was nice and spacious and very clean.

The hotel is close to I-90, but I didn't notice any traffic noise. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress and sheets are high quality and we slept well.

The gap underneath the door allowed noise from the elevator area to readily come into the room. I would suggest requesting a room away from the elevator.

The breakfast was wonderful but even more wonderful was the gal serving it! She was so kind and friendly!!! Our room was easy to access and accessible for our family member using a wheelchair. We were able to have a family of 7 in one suite and everyone was able to sleep very comfortably on a bed (no pull out sofa bed needed)!

While the room was equipped with anything we might need, the floors were not as clean as we would have liked and the room could have been dusted or wiped down a little better. It would not necessarily deter us from staying again but a clean room would make the stay more comfortable.

Quick and easy access to highway. The suite was way more than I expected it to be, in fact it's made me think that it's all I need to live comfortably. Staybridge Suites will remain in my search bar for future travels.

Would highly recommend. Hotel & rooms were tastefully decorated & clean, very comfortable bed, staff always keeping things tidy & clean & a good continental breakfast!

They only had decaf tea in the room. Would have been nice to have a breakfast tea or Earl Grey & some creamer.

Loved the property, the staff was ok. Good location, and clean comfortable rooms. Loved the warm breakfast, and enjoyed the sitting area outside specially in the morning. The inside pool area was warm, and clean. My family specially enjoyed sitting by the fire outside in the evening. Will definitely stay there again with the family😔
