Location was convenient to the highway, and the breakfast was good. My kid liked the pancake machine. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Truly the only complaint was the temperature of the pool, which was a bit cold. We were warned by the front desk staff. We booked this place because there was a pool, and it was tolerable for myself and my kid, but might not be for some guests.

Bed was comfortable, surprisingly. Breakfast was about what you'd expect from a free breakfast at a hotel. Didn't care for the location but that's my fault.

None of the outlets worked in the bathroom. Bathroom sink was weird so I had to stand on my tippy toes to brush my teeth and wash up.

Staff was soo nice, especially when we were checking in. Room was clean, as was pool. 10/10

Tub caulk probably needs to be redone soon. Don't like that room had connecting room even if door locked (but that's not on the hotel frankly) Also no fault of the hotel but : bro the woman across from us and her kids were extremely loud, slamming the door all night and then again super early, out in the hall yelling as they tried to get ready to leave.

It was all comfortable & clean enough. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

I didn't like being changed for parking, and the eggs that were at the buffet tasted like the salt shaker busted in them. Showers need more hot water also. 🤣

Rob was awesome and gave me a room near an exit so it was easy to take my dog out when needed. I slept extremely well in the comfortable beds, and the tub provided a great soak after a long day on the road.

One of the few Hamptons I've been to that didn't have a hot tub, but not a huge deal

Staff was friendly and helpful. Offered my kids hot chocolate when there was only tea and coffee out.

There's not much dining in the immediate location. You have to drive about 20 mins for food.

Didn't get the room I booked . Breakfast employee telling us if we wanted waffles you need to come earlier was 930 Breakfast ends at 10.

shower door didn’t work properly and the sockets in the bathroom need changed … you have to push the reset button multiple times to get the hair dryer to work.

lots of space in the room, even with the pull out bed

we wanted just a quick pizza order delivered- lots of places didn’t deliver due to the location

We were traveling through coming back from PA, so it was a nice place to stay the night and have a shorter drive home the next morning.
