The breakfast was very very good. We liked it very much. The spread was amazing. The staff were friendly. The location was super. We went to see a late night movie too as the movie hall was so close by. I would definitely stay here when I visit Heidelberg again.

About the coffee machine on each floor, enough milk was not there as we wanted to drink Milchkaffee. And my son was little sad as he could not drink hot chocolate because that option was not there.

Location is perfect for a short business stay in Heidelberg: Within walking distance of the main station and the conference center. And if you want to visit the old town, it's also within walking distance. The hotel was also very flexibel with changing the dates on short notice! I also liked the online pre-check-in option - no more paper forms and delay at the check-in.

Nice restaurant (slow service though). Really nice decor throughout the hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff at reception. Location is great, new part of Heidelberg, walking distance to nice coffee shops, playground, restaurants, wine bar, etc. Great for a stop-over or short stay in Heidelberg.

At check-in we had to wait 30 minutes for the room-key machine to be fixed, the staff seemed a bit dismissive about this. The waiters at the restaurant were friendly but extremely slow. They were busy chatting to each other behind the bar, and it seemed that only 1 of the 3 waiters actually served guests and took orders.

Comfortable, well located and with a very good breakfast offering

Even though the room was clean the standard could be better. The same applies for the condition of the furniture that presented several damage marks, sometimes transversal to the wall as well. Parking in the hotel is of good quality but too expensive! Pillows could be more comfortable

Despite not being located in the city center, it is very easy and quick to reach it. The room was very clean, quite and absolutely comfortable. I did not have the chance to try the food but I'm planning to do so next time. It is an excellent accommodation.

Lots of building going on in this area but didn't effect our stay. Nice hotel, easy and fairly cheap to get tram into town centre(10.80 euros for day ticket for 2 people) staff friendly and helpful, coffee making facilities on landings. Nice bar/restaurant area and great roof terrace for evening sunsets. Would go there again.

Really liked the hotel. Location is set in a new-build part of town so currently fairly quiet with a lot of construction. Grocery shops close by. Free off-road parking around the hotel but hotel parking if security needed (at cost). Very comfortable room and hotel felt more expensive than I paid.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We only speak a little German, but they were very capable helping us in English. The barman made a real nice Amaretto Sour. The room was great and bathroom even moreso. My partner and I plan to visit the town again and will definitely stay here.

On our last night there was some loud music we could hear through the room a little from the restaurant I think, but not a big deal :)

Nice atmosphere and style of interior. Good quality of breakfast. Prefect coffee for free on every floor. Tram takes you door to door into city center in 12 minutes.

Mattress is too firm and pillow too thin for ‘side-sleepers’ which i did not like

It’s a good hotel for a short stay. Breakfast is really good.

I went for breakfast and they came to clean my room before check out, meaning one of the two rooms we had could not be used anymore. Parking garage gate was broken and we had to park on the street.
