Excellent breakfast, great coffee, tasty and varied food! The rooms were nice, but one of them did not have air conditioning and it was not pleasant due to the heat (we had to sleep with an open window, which did not have a mosquito net... so it was not ideal). The second room (located on the last floor) was excellent though, with a nice view and great air conditioning too!

Lack of air conditioning (in one of the rooms) and the fact that they did not use the access barrier at the entry in the private parking lot, which made the parking reservation irrelevant, as the hotel did not manage well the availability of the parking spaces and other people occupied our spot. Hopefully they will start managing this aspect better in the future.

Breakfast was very good, with a lot of food to choose from. The staff was very helpful, Jan and Alina and Valentina, and especially the person from the check-in, I am sorry I forgot his name, who helped us to register the car number for the free parking spots. The hotel is very clean, has good service and is very well connected by street car to city center. And no problem with public transportation tickets as you can buy them by card from the machine in the vehicle.

At breakfast the water melon was not eatable (was not fresh). There was very low water pressure at the shower.

The check-in process was fast and smooth, the administrator responded fast and in general, I have a positive impression of communication with hotel personnel. The rooms are okay, very basic and it is nice to have a sink and kettle in the room. The location probably is not the best for touristic purposes but since we were looking for something in this exact location it was very satisfying to us.

The shower has a glass shield on the wrong side of the bathtub - it is hard to say what was the logic behind this decision. So whenever you take shower be ready that the water will be spilt all over the floor.

Breakfast was very tasty. The range was smaller than Radisson Blue on Wednesday, but just as tasty. And the price is three times cheaper.

For the price, everything was good. Quite far from the historical center, but Vivo Center and Swan Lake are very close

Good hotel for a fair price - very comfortable beds. It would be great, if they had breakfast, however, we were informed that they don't so this was not a problem, especially that there is a supermarket close by, you can prepare your breakfast by yourself - there is a coffee machine, plenty of plates, cuttlery, glasses, etc.

This hotel is good to be reached by car, going by tram could be a problem, as a backpacker you are supposed to be used to it :) The price is for sure value for money!

The room was comfy and clean. The location was very good for our purpose - in the Nove Mesto. The breakfast was amazing. I totally enjoyed it.

The hotel does not have a lobby and the restaurant is not open in the evening. There is a lack of meeting opportunities.

It was over my expectations, but...

as I travelled with a big luggage, it was a bit heavy to take it on my own to the first floor, as the lift did not work! After check in for an unknown reason we got a room, which was already occupied (luckily no person was found in any delicate situation...which would be a very terrible experience). So we had to be accommodated in an other room, which was as I mentioned over and above our expectations.

The size of our room is huge, and although it faces onto the Riazanska road we have not been troubled by traffic noise, especially with the windows closed. The bathroom is similarly huge, and contains a full bath with shower over, and the usual WC wash basin, hair dryer, shaver sockets, etc. All the plumbing worked as you would expect and the shower was great; good too that the Hotel has soap dispensers for the shower and wash basin when our much more expensive Hotel in Vienna did NOT. There's a kitchenette with sink and cupboards (no cooker or fridge) and that was handy for us. Lots of electric sockets to charge your stuff, and fast WiFi (even with at least two connections in the room). We liked it so much we doubled our stay from 2 days to 4. After comments on here about the breakfast we decided to do our own.

NOTHING to be bettered. The Hotel isn't really staffed, so you need to phone ahead to arrange arrival, and beyond that the hotel owner could ALWAYS be reached on the phone and seemed able to attend as required. So I'm not putting that down as a negative, just as apiece of information for you. There isn't any air-conditioning, but why should there be at this price when the more expensive hotel in Vienna couldn't be bothered to air condition. The location isn't an obvious place to stay for a city visit or a business trip, and our booking here was under the mistake that our FlixBus stopped nearby (it didn't). But the No.50 and 90 bus go passed the door, the No.3 tram goes up the Racianska road (west of hotel) and the No.4 tram goes up the Vajnorska road, so you are easily connected.

As usual all was fine.

the communication with the hotel via booking.com. They asked me about the breakfast option I want and offered 5 variants. I have selected option 1 from 5. But in the morning they served for me breakfast option 2 ))) The question is why do you ask about my breakfast preference if you serve it randomly anyway? And the second thing is that the breakfast time was claimed as from 7.30 till 10.00, but the lady brought my breakfast at 6.40. So these inconveniences spoil imagination from staying in your wonderful hotel.
