Good location: central Bratislava bus station is 10min walk. Spacious room, there is kettle with voffe, tea selections in the room. Nice furniture, verry good breakfasts - hotel exceeded my expectations.

Fabulous place. Very clean, great staff. A bit out of the centre and could not work the WiFi. Other than that it was perfect and so reasonably priced.

The breakfast was sturdy, with adequate fruit and juice, and freshly made coffee. Good local yoghurt. It was the same every day. Perhaps not many guests stay as long as 7 nights. No problems with noise; I noticed the little courtesy of leaving the neighbouring room unreserved., which presumably was possible without cost for you.

Although not your problem, the reachability from the Nivy bus station with late arrivals. There was no taxi station nor tram there, and I finally found one black dishonest taxi, insisting on cash payment. You could add "arrival instructions" somewhere. If the only solution is a bus or trolley bus, which number, where to find it, which bus-stops, and how to buy or prepay a ticket? A printable map on your web page could serve.

The staff were quite accommodating. The breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. The parking has ample parking spaces, although the parking spaces themselves (at least in the underground parking garage) are quite narrow. I squeezed my car right by the wall on one side and if someone had parked beside me, I wouldn't have been able to get in. The car isn't the narrowest, but not the widest either (1.9m width). There's a nice little pub beside the hotel that's open quite late. Everything is also in walking distance.

When we tried to go to the observation room at the top, it was closed. We decided to walk down the stairs to go to our room, but the door on our floor wouldn't open for us, despite trying to use both of our room cards. We ended up having to walk all the way down, then taking the elevator up. From the hallway, we could open the door to the staircase just fine.. My wife's room card stopped working later that night as well.

The hotel is located in such a way that you do not need to use public transport to get to the old center or walk there. From the hotel to the old center it will take 10 min walk and to the farthest objective in the Old Town you need 20-30 minutes walk. If you want to use the public transport, there is a tram direct to the old center (2-3 stops). Many sights are around the hotel or very close to the hotel. The breakfast is ok, much richer than hotels in Germany. The room is big enough, the bathroom is big - old style - and is very clean. The hotel has a very large parking lot in the inner courtyard.

The air condition system is very noisy (the ventilator from the air condition is very noisy!!!). This brings a state of discomfort because you cannot sleep with the air conditioning on - the fan air conditioning system makes a very big noise, more than that ... You can also hear the fans in the next rooms when they are turned on!! - and if you turn off the air conditioning and open the window ... It's quite disturbing street noise (it's a boulevard with tram line in front of the hotel) The parking place is 12 euros per night.

Close to the tram station but also close to the old town with an easy walk. Tidy and clean. I highly recommend it. Secure parking for your vehicle.

The hotel is located just a 3-min walk away from a tram stop. The tram takes you directly to the old town so it is convenient. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The room was quite big and also the bathroom is spacious.

When you switch on the bathroom lights, a ventilation system is also swiched on in the bathroom, which makes a loud noise. Unfortunately, this is a bit annoying since it also keeps going on for a couple of minutes after you swich of the lights. This was a bit frustrating since we were told that we were going to get a room without ventilation noise after paying for an upgrade. Also, in order to access the bedside plugs, you have to move the bedside tables.

We stayed for 2 nights as a couple. Check-in was easy (city tax paid at the hotel), all the staff was very friendly and professional, room was a classic hotel room, clean, AC did work, mostly quiet, comfortable beds and enough space to store everything. The breakfast was amazing and our personal highlight. 4 types of eggs, grilled vegetables, multiple bread options, fresh fruit, waffles, cheese & ham, sausages and more. Truly great value for money.

There was a locked door to the room next to ours and we once heard the neighbors (not a big deal), a container for the toilet brush was missing and it was just hanging on the wall (don't know if it's intended to be like that) But this shouldn't keep anyone from staying!

A warm welcome when we arrived and the garage attendant took us down to store our bikes securely. The room was good although the A/C didn't really cool it down enough. The beds were comfortable and the shower and bath great. Breakfast was excellent. A great choice and attentive staff. Overall, an excellent stay. Pretty easy to walk or get the tram / bus into the centre.

A minor issue - power went off 3 times on our second night. Not for too long each time but it was a little concerning that there didn't appear to be any emergency lighting in the corridors

Friendly staff warm welcome. Breakfast has plenty of choice. The rooms are large and airy. The bathroom is a lovely size. Plenty of clothes hanging and storage for two people. The location was good not too far from the station for us as we had travelled by train. It is a ten minute walk into the old town and a very straight forward route. This hotel feels like more of a business hotel. However, it suited us for this two night visit.

The gym is exactly what you see on the adertised photo. Limited equipment in a room with a sauna in the corner it was strange and not a comfortable atmosphere, so we didn't use it.
