The room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. There were four of us, and the accommodations consisted of two separate rooms with their own doors, a cozy living room, and a well-maintained bathroom. Since we arrived late at night, the surrounding area appeared somewhat deserted. However, the standout feature was the presence of a 24-hour reception, which provided added convenience and peace of mind.

The breakfast fell short of expectations. Despite our arrival at 9:30, with only half an hour remaining until its scheduled end at 10:00, the food items had not been replenished, and both coffee pots were empty.

The room was clean and comfy, and the biggest advantage was air conditioning and electric blinds. Room had all we needed, towels were changed every day, bed was very comfy, there was also small fridge inside of the room. Small and very nice surprise was that finally we had additional small pillows (not that common in hotels, unfortunately 😅). 24h/7 reception was one of the reasons we booked a room here (not all cheaper hotels offered that). Staff is very friendly, there is a nice bar there with great lemonade :D Even if the hotel is a bit fat from the city center, we could get into the city center quite fast - the bus stop is around 500 m from the hotel.

Breakfasts were not the best. I was surprised that there was no coffee machine - it should be a standard in a hotel restaurant. Coffee was pretty bad and not the warmest. Food was quite cool and dry at 9:30 (like all was prepared for 7:00 and later nothing was added - there was even almost no bread on one day). There was almost no variety between the days. So this is definitely one thing that can be improved. The hotel area is not nice for sure, but it didn't bother us.

Spacious room, food in restaurant quite good and good price, bowling is a nice addition to stay when you are there with friends. Value for money of hotel reasonable/good. Easy and free parking in front of hotel.

Hospitality, friendliness and spontaneity of the staff should be trained better. All you ask seems to be an effort, especially at breakfast restaurant. In the end they do what you ask and for example made fresh scrambled eggs as in the buffet it was finished/dried out (before 10) and then they made a very good one! Cleaning staff should realise that when they start cleaning just before 9 that people might be sleeping and the rooms don't isolate that well so I woke up because of them talking small talk loudly all the time. That was annoying since I went to sleep at 4am in the morning.

Excellent location with free parking, clean and spacious. You may not like surroundings, as there are still some post-communistic buildings around, but I'm Polish so used to that. However inside is all spot-on. Fresh and delicious breakfast, free welcome drink at the bowling bar/restaurant. 300m away is a trolleybus stop, 15 minutes to the historic city centre, trolleybuses are travelling every 10-15 minutes. You can buy tickets inside the trolleybus using contactless credit/debit card. Bratislava itself is very "cosy" city. You can walk everywhere without using public transport and enjoy historic places and spectacular views on Dunaj River (Donau), Bratislavský hrad, etc.

Noisy bathroom fan (unable to switch it off), room next to the reception was extremely noisy (guests sitting in the lobby didn't respect night quiet).

Location is on the outskirts of town with plenty of free parking which was perfect for us. Room was spacious and quiet, bed was very comfortable and the duvets were great. Slept like a baby. We received a free drink voucher on arrival to the hotel. Food in the restaurant was nice, service was quick. We will used this hotel again for sure.

We didn't really like the breakfast. The choice of food was ok but poor quality.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Bratislava in a relatively quiet location and it has plenty of parking places in front of it, on the street. The room was very spacious and clean enough. The breakfast was very diversified and tasty.

The bowling access was not included in the price. In the shower, there is no place to put the shower gel / shampoo.

The room surprisingly clean and comfortable. It was a really good for the price. They had a really good breakfast buffet and they give you a voucher for a free drink. There is also a bowling alley. Great to kill a few hours on a rainy day.

It says on there booking page that they have a airport shuttle but when I brought it up with the staff they had no idea what I was talking about.

We liked breakfast very much. Breakfast was varied. Rooms were also good, comfortable beds. The surroudings of the hotel were quiet. Also the bowling area in the hotel did't made any noise at all, and it was nice entertainment for us.

Wi-fi signal was very poor in one of the room. The carpets in the room should be cleaned better.
