The hotel looks nothing special from the outside but when you open your bedroom door you get the wow factor The furniture has 1920,s engineering about it’s does the bathroom fixtures and fittings. I have never bothered to take photos within a hotel room but on this occasion I did and have attached. The restaurant was packed of an evening and there was only tables available in the bar area, that is a sign how good the food was.

We could not find fault other than disability access is via the underground carpark

Convenient location for stations and city centre. Great to have a good bar/restaurant attached; room had all the necessary facilities and some thoughtful touches like the refilled minibar with water and beer, coffee machine, etc. The quality and choice at the breakfast buffet was really outstanding; one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Comfortable bed and excellent shower.

The laminate flooring in the bedrooms meant that there was quite a lot of noise from the room upstairs, so I didn’t sleep very well. I was surprised that staff in bars/restaurants/museums in Bratislava were generally unfriendly (and I’m not a nightmare tourist; I learn the basics of the language and am generally nice!). The staff at LOFT were kinder/warmer than elsewhere, but overall I didn’t feel very welcome in the city.

This is always a great option for Bratislava, especially if you're arriving at the main train station and just want to walk to the hotel. It's not far at all. The staff is very friendly, the room is large and the mini bar is stocked and free. The bar/pub in the hotel is great although I didn't eat there this time as it was already packed and loud. I opted for a great Korean restaurant just down the street of the hotel towards the main train station. It was great. Also, the breakfast is a bit pricey at 18 euros, but at least there was a lot of choice and great quality.

The breakfast could have been slightly cheaper, but that's it.

Where do I begin? Amazing location, just a short walking distance to the main train station (and therefore easy bus connections to/from the airport, and other local and international destinations by train and bus. Also very close to the old town and only about 20 minutes walk all the way down to the Danube / UFO area. Bratislava is a very pedestrian friendly place. Super friendly, helpful staff who are fluent in English. They noticed that I had mentioned we were staying for our honeymoon and they took the time to wish us congratulations at both check in and check out. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, high quality toiletries, coffee machine and our room option came with a free mini bar. The wine vending machine and sweet and savoury snacks on the corridor was an amazing addition to our stay. It was great to see local wines represented too. Each floor seems to have its own theme. Our floor (5) was movies. The decor was industrial style which I love. It was very clean and classy. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic selection. The restaurant in which breakfast is served is also a fantastic venue for dinner. Definitely recommended. I didn't want to leave!

I really can't think of anything we didn't like. If we had to be really picky, the room was a little warm one night but it's what you expect when it's 26C outside at 3am. The air conditioning was perfectly adequate all other nights so it was not a problem at all. Coming from Britain we're simply not used to warm conditions!

We arrived a little bit before check in time but were very kindly checked in. The hotel is ideally located, just a 5 to 10 minute walk from the old town and around the same distance from the train station if arriving by train. The free minibar in the room was a particular treat, we had two Pepsi, two beers, and 2 waters, and were very grateful after a long day of touristing around Bratislava. The breakfast was great, there was a wide range of food available, my particular favourites were the pastries and the sausages. The restaurant is also great for an evening meal.

Just wow! This hotel is truly a marvel!! Even though it is not all that cheap, I absolutely recommend staying here if you want to visit Bratislava. First of all, it is situated not so far from the city centre and the city is not huge, so you can do everything on foot. Then, there are a lot of positive aspetcs: comfortable underground garage (25€/d), the staff is truly so kind and can speak many different languages, rooms are big and very comfortable (the minibar is even free) and breakfast is just wow (you can choose btw two types of breakfast: sweety or continental; I recommend the second one 'coz there are literally lot of delicious things to try). If I were to go back to Bratislava I would definitely stay here again

Clean and cosy room. Very good room service. Minibar with daily replenishment. Very comfortable bed and chairs. Nice looking bathroom with fantastic shower. Kettle and coffeemaker available for hot beverages. Very good breakfast. Cakes and machine that pours wine (payment by credit card) available at hallway at the same floor as rooms.

The only downside is location - about 15 minutes walk from city centre. On the other side there is a beautiful presidential palace along the path to the city centre and the area nearby is not crowded.

The shower in the hotel room was absolute luxury…. And spotlessly clean. The decor is very unique and tasteful. The room was large, and the bed seemed to be bigger than advertised. All light controls are next to the bed which is very convenient. The TV was bigger than any I’ve seen in a hotel room. The AC was working properly. I would book this hotel again! The included breakfast was a big value and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. I rate this a 10/10!

A very minor point, thin walls. I could hear conversation/snoring in rooms on either side of mine.

The hotel is nicely placed near the city centre. The theme of the hotel is industrial design, and looks and feels amazing. The room is spacious, clean, has an included mini bar, coffee/tea machine, a huge bathroom with all you need. The breakfast was nice, it included a wide range of food and beverages. We've also tried the lunch/dinner menu and it was amazingly delicious. Oh, did I mentioned that they brew their own beer? And it is delicious!!!

The mattress was a bit to tough and there was a bit of noise from the hallway, but not in the night and just for a couple of minutes.

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well furnished. The on-site facilities and restaurant were fantastic, there was lots of variety available at the breakfast. The location itself was great - a 10 minute walk to the old town and the train station, in a quiet area, easy to get to and very close and walkable to the centre and sights. The staff were very helpful, friendly and we received excellent service throughout our stay (hotel, bar and restaurant). Staff helped advise us of things to do during our visit, booked a taxi for us to the airport (though likely to find a cheaper one yourself), and helped with luggage storage. Overall, it was an excellent stay and great value. We would definitely stay here again.
