Staff is very polite. The location is close to the city centre and to the main attractions from the town, just a few minutes by walk. The apartment is clean and the cleaning service was coming daily. Coffee machine with coffee capsules was a big plus :) The parking was also a plus, we could reserve a spot from time and it was inside the location.

I didn't like the fact that the air conditioning was not clean and we could not use (because it was smelling very bad). I asked at the reception for cleaning the AC, but they didn't manage to clean within our stay (3 nights). It was written even on the control panel that the filters need to be cleaned, but they didn't clean. Even if outside were 34 C degrees, it was okish inside the apartment because it is well isolated.

It was 32-34 degrees while we were here. The air conditioning made us feel spoiled and like we weren‘t walking on the surface of the sun. It was so nice that it made it hard to leave the apartment. Total blackout curtains and a big television completed our cave while we binge-watched Netflix for two days and never saw any of Bratislava. Seriously though, everything was perfect. We were allowed to take our bicycles into the apartment and onto the balcony facing the courtyard. The lovely ladies at reception gave us extra coffee pods when we asked for them. Good beds, crisp cotton linens, enough kitchen items to enable us to cook, a very, very quiet building, elevator, and central to everything we didn’t see because we couldn‘t get out of the icey cold apartment. Just kidding. Almost.

Apartment is close to the historic old town but in a quiet street. Very comfortable bed, adjustable heating so always warm enough even though it was cold outside. Extremely helpful reception staff who could all speak English. Good quality towels that were changed regularly along with bed linen that was changed midweek.

Performance of the washing machine disappointing. Plus the lift broke down on the fourth day we were there which meant walking up five flight of stairs, not easy as we are in our seventies. Still out of order when we checked out three days later. Reception staff very apologetic and gave us a bottle of wine in recompense but a maintenance contract needs to be put in place.

Really spacious and clean, floor heating, very good location next to the old city center, really nice and helpful receptionist, good breakfast at the hotel next to the apart hotel building, toilet separate from bathroom to accommodate more people, dishwasher and cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Even though there is a washing machine there is no detergent, even if there is a dishwasher there is no detergent for that as well, the hair dryer was broken and with hear cought in it, even if i did not let the towels on the floor (as written in the bathroom instructions) they were changed. Would have been a nice thing to have more variety of tea, coffee, honey and fruits as they can be found at breakfast.

The convenience of a serviced room (daily clean towels etc, tea, coffee) with the space of a two bedroom apartment (kitchen, crockery, fridge, cooker, microwave dishwasher, washing machine, table, chairs, sofa, etc). It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. A lift to our floor, quiet with an outside space (balcony), TV with Netflix (Doriss user profile), a short walk to the edge of the town centre. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. It suited us very well 👍🙂

Not much. A little inconvenient that breakfast was at a different building down the street and we would have liked its availability to have been until 11 not 10. The beds were a little firm but ok. The hairdryer was very poor 😐

Great apartment! We were in Apartment 2.1. Excellent renovation! Very friendly staff, the room has everything: tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, slippers. Unless I did not find an iron. The booking price includes a free taxi transfer that will take you to the hotel door. The taxi driver was waiting for us with a nameplate. We found him very quickly. Payment was made upon arrival at the reception. We bought breakfast (11 euros per person), from the building of our hotel to the building with breakfast you need to walk 30 meters. The breakfasts are ok, there is everything you need: eggs, beans, sausages, vegetables, cheese.. But it works up to 10:00. For a change, we went to a cafe with breakfast and brunch on the same street, called Panenska kaviaren, we also liked it there, but it turned out to be more expensive. The location is excellent, walking to the center 10-15 minutes along the beautiful streets. Very close to the hotel is the Zochova bus stop, from which you can easily get by bus 93 to the train station (and from there by bus 61 to the airport). Our departure was late in the evening, so we left our things in the small lobby of the hotel, and then had tea there before leaving. Thanks for your hospitality!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the cleanliness and well-equipped nature of the hotel apartment I recently stayed in. The overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast selection was decent. I appreciate the efforts made by your staff to make my stay as comfortable as possible, and I will definitely consider returning in the future.

I did have one issue which I wanted to bring to their attention, the curtains in the apartment were quite open, allowing a significant amount of light to filter through them, which made it difficult to sleep in past sunrise. I would recommend investing in some thicker, darker, and more fabric-like curtains to ensure guests can get the best possible night's sleep.

Lovely place, all necessities were at hand, clean and nice. Lady at reception was super nice and helpful.

The window separating single bedroom from master bedroom could be covered with proper blind so no light would go through. It could also do with small bits of maintenance- one of the cupboards door was broken. And if you never been in Bratislava, parking is bit of a nightmare, so if the garage would be cheaper that would be handy

The apartment was massive. Slightly off the beaten track but easy to get to from the airport via a Bolt taxi costing roughly 15 euros. The centre and sites are all within a 10-15 minute walk and it does have a front desk which provide you with a list of places to go/eat. Very quiet area with no noise and comfy beds for a great nights sleep. Seriously consider this property especially with a family. I was on my own but it could fit a family of four in for a few days no problems.

It says shower/bath but the shower isn't hung on the wall and has nowhere to hang to take a shower.

The staff is very friendly, at the reception and at the breakfast room everyone smiles to you. The location is great, right close to the city center. The breakfast is good: many types of fried egg plus flakes, sausage, etc.. I was also a bit concerned about parking when I booked the hotel, I thought that the number of parking places is very limited, but it's not the case, they have ~20 or even more parking spaces and when I came half of them were free. Also they are quite spacious, so that any kind of car can fit it in my view, even a big one.
