Everything was clean, the showers are enjoyable, sockets next to each bed make them even comfier :) The location is perfect and the ambience is calm especially in the morning being in the cafe downstairs is beautiful and relaxing next to a busy street. I felt very welcomed by the staff there, richard and lubos are doing an amazing job there and were quick to help when i had an issue with the pin code, The 2 Danielas were the kindest and most helpful people on earth and they make the place magical. There was also a third Daniel who was a guest and he taught me how to do the techno salsa in the techno club next to the hostel and we didnt even have to pay for the entry :) Im glad for making my booking.

We stayed in both a shared dorm and private room, and both were amazing! Compared to previous mixed dorms, the shared dorm here tops them all! The addition of a curtain really adds privacy to the stay, it’s not much but it makes a huge difference! And the private room was great! Very spacious and just what we needed after a stint of staying in shared rooms!

Location, problem-free check in, no keys or cards just a PIN code makes it so cool! And rooms were spacious and clean, loved it

Location is perfect, but also makes it veryyy loud on a weekend night. Not hostel’s fault but it was really annoying, especially when windows had to be open because it was too hot

Stressing to have to remember your pin at all times

A hostel in which the beds have curtains!!!!! Fantastic. Excellent location as well as it was like a 10-15 minute car ride to the bus station located in the Nivy Centrum mall or a short 15-20 minute tram ride in which the stop is probably a 3 minute walk away. The bathrooms are great, separated by gender but also by toilet & sink vs shower and sink so you’re not stranded if someone’s showering. Lockers are like American High school lockers so a bit tiny. Gets the job done to secure your valuables. That’s about it!

No air or ventilation. The AC works but hardly cooled the room, also because one girl kept opening the windows so her laundry could dry. But she was doing laundry each of the 3 days I was there. So the cold air escapes. Almost wished the windows just wouldn’t open. But when they were open it was super noisy because the room overlooks the street in which the tram travels upon and a street filled with businesses so it’s understandable it’s noisy. Also wished they advised ahead of time that if you need to check in prior to 3pm, there’s a charge. The shower curtains also don’t really do much so if you entered the bathroom after someone showered, you were kind of stepping into swampy puddles.

I really liked the virtual reception and it was easy to do as well as the access to the hostel with the code. The hostel is very new and you have nice amenities with air conditioner. I stayed in a 12-room shared room but it was only me and another guy. There are good lockers with code. The coffee downstairs is lovely and it was great to go there and work. Great location. 10 min by bus to the bus station and walkable distance to everywhere.

It is not possible to cook because the kitchen only has microwave. Few showers and bathrooms, but in my case it wasn’t a problem because we were staying only 2 people in the room, but if more people stay there it could be an issue.

Cleanliness, safety and facilities was the real star of this place. I was really happy with the safety policies they have in place as well as how welcome you feel. Bedding was comfortable and they provided a shower towel! Location is great, short 5 minute walk to Micheal’s gate & old town. Best shower and toilet facilities I’ve seen in a long time travelling around… Guest kitchen was impressive as well. 100% recommend, had the best oat strawberry matcha at the cafe as well im coming back!!

I had an issue with the personal lockers in my room, had to contact a virtual reception, as there is no “staffed reception” on site. Wasn’t too hard as I was able to fix it with cafe staff and contacting there help line. However, I feel like this could be annoying if something more pressing came about god forbid.

I liked everything! The rooms, the comfortable beds and the location. Literally, it is a 10-minute walk to the city center. Even though it is a virtual reception, there are two great hosts who help you at all times. The two Danielas are great, the best thing about the hostel who can help you with recommendations. Also, the wifi was very good and the beds have curtains.

Clean and well organized place with AC that is working constantly during the summer. Beds with curtains are very comfortable and all have plugs together with a good internet. Large toilets for showers with lot of space. People I meet seems decent, at night people are also not noisy. There is coffee/bar outside of hostel where you can sit during the day and enjoy.

Virtual check-in was a bit complicated, not only from the point of many information given at once but as well because my code for some reason was not unlocking the outside gate during the night. Luckily some neighbor was there passing by so I went in and with the same code doors of the Hostel entrance were unlocking fine. I understand that those are the small things and yes there is emergency number, however some type of part-time reception would be needed here because not everyone is in EU and available to give a call or connect to internet at point when help is needed.

Superb location!! Everything is nearby (this can also be attributed to Bratislava as it is small) - public transport, major attractions, restaurants, bars, cafes etc. Their cafe is really nice and staff there is helpful. I had a good time and would love to visit again.

The luggage storage is very small and opening it is a challenge as the keys won't work. I had to ask for help from the cafe staff and I felt bad for the second time as they had to leave their desk. Also the tax payment wasn't working with my credit card (India) and I had to ask a fellow traveller to do it for me.
