An incredible room: large, clean, modern and a joy to be in. The property is beautifully maintained and the location was perfect for us as we visited Spis castle one day and the Tatras the next.

Everything was great, though I wish the kitchen would have been better stocked: there was no microwave or bowls. Our room on the third floor -number 302 - was stunning. But older folks or those with mobility issues (or heavy bags) should know that the property has no elevators.

We liked everything about the hotel, mostly enjoying the cosiness of our room and the breakfasts. Great place to rest after exploring Vysoke Tatry. Thinking about visiting again in the summer.

Beautiful hotel, in and out. Very quiet, and the view of the High Tatras is breathtaking. The rooms are stylish, spacious. It has a huge private parking space as well

We loved everything!. Immaculate.and very spacious, beautiful rooms. The staff were amazing but Marta was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. She really was incredible and we thank her so much for the best stay!

The property was immaculate and really well looked after. We stayed in an apt with stunning views of the high Tatra mountains - epic. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, duvet and pillows. The bathroom was enormous, again pristine with nice towels. You could not fault the living accommodation at all. The restaurant served really nice food both dinner and breakfast which again made it easy after a day in the mountains. Finally the staff were simply wonderful, hard working, always trying to make your stay that bit better and willing to do anything for you. A wonderful place that we will return to.

Amazing place to stay. We stayed here for 2 nights with our dog. Stuff prepared a special bed for the dog, blanket and bowl (so nice). The design of the hotel is very beautiful and new. The room is huge and the bed is amazing. There is a closed and save parking space inside the hotel. Very good breakfast and not the same every day, that is good. I am looking forward to come back to this place again

The location in is far from the center and there are no restaurants or a supermarket within walking distance. The front desk is only in the morning. There is no coffee or tea in the room or shampoo or shower cap and ctr There is no elevator.

Breakfast was excellent, very good coffee. Nice big room, in a nice and quite neighborhood. very clean and with style.

no front desk, and the instruction + codes how to get in, were only sent by SMS. as travelers with a local data SIM, we didn't get it. Luckily some other guest just got in and was helping us to understand the procedure. Suggest to send it also by mail, or via the booking messaging.
